Hi Deborah: Steve here. Thanks for getting back to me. Today I had a brief look, but there is lots to look through, you have been a great customer over the years. Thanks for that. In regards to your car, could you be more specific, there is lots of history? Where do you feel that they have taken advantage of you? Specific to Candace, there is just one work order on file for her, it was on 10/24 on a 2010 Accent that doesnt have purchase history here. Is that the work order in question? I took a look at that one, and spoke to both the technician and the service advisor. Here's what I found. Candace came in for an oil change. Paperwork records show that the service advisor completed a walk-around with her (this is something that we do with all customers) and checked over her car for damage. He noted some premature wear on the tires. They came back in from the walk-around and completed the rest of the vehicle check-in. There is no service history for the car, so Corey would have asked Candace about some past service. He recommended that a timing belt be replaced, as it was due per the manufacturers specifications for both time and mileage. Candace agreed to this. Also, as the car had not been in service before, Coprey offered to perform an inspection on the vehicle at no additional cost, as well as an alignment check. Candace agreed to this. The car went into the shop, the technician performed an alignment check and determined that the front end was out of alignment (this was not his opinion, it was the feedback given by our alignment machine, a top of the line lazer unit). Also, he checked the brakes as part of his inspection and found the front pads worn below spec (the back were OK). He recommended that the front pads be replaced and serviced and that the rear brakes be serviced only. The advisor Corey then relayed this information to Candace, here's what happened. 1.

Sorry - the email cut out. Here's what happened. 1. He provided a 15% discount on the timing belt (we have a coupon that Candace never had) 2. Candace said OK to the alignment, COrey did not charge her for the check 3. Candace agreed to the brakes Deb - on paper this looks pretty straight forward, the suggested work is all pretty common based on the kilometers, and it looks like Corey worked hard to save Candace some money (the discounts etc). I know that car maintenance is shocking some times in terms of cost, but the timing belt and brakes are pretty much "must do" items. The car is dead if the timing belt fails, that's why the manufacturer replaces them, and the brakes, that's a safety item. Did anything happen that I dont list here? I really want to better understand where the perception of mistreatment is coming from, and I cant see it in the file? help me understand. Thanks
