Not included in the deal but offered on the side for no added price was a huge play space for our child and balloons aplenty. Jodi was able to make the choice logical and simple for us, and despite my urge to drag it on for days as an excuse to fill my coffee mug a few more times he had us organized for paperwork like a well oiled machine. Making the trip from Campbell River I was searching for a particular used vehicle on the internet for some time when I decided to broaden my search area and include Victoria. I found the one I was looking for on the internet at Victoria Hyundai and was contacted by Jody. We exchanged a number of e-mails - me asking all kinds of questions and Jody immediately replying. My husband and I decided at the last minute to make the trip from Campbell River and Jody made sure he was available to see us. He spent the whole afternoon assisting us in every way possible - even to making our dog right at home. The whole dealership was so kind, considerate and oh so friendly. My husband, dog and I were treated like family. We were so happy to have made such wonderful friends. Jody is still assisting us with the "Scrap-It" Program and let us store our old vehicle until we are approved. In the past, I was always intimidated by "car salesmen", but, after this experience I have completely changed my opinion. When we walked into Victoria Hyundai we felt none of that pressure. We were approached by a sales person who asked if we were in the market for a new or used. After I explained that I wanted the best deal and from there the decision to buy new or used would be made. I immediately felt like I had entered a "Family Dealership". We were treated with respect and that we had some intelligence (not always with some dealerships). From the initial walk-in until receiving our used 2011 Sonata Hybrid everything was explained perfectly and to our satisfaction.
