When we walked into Victoria Hyundai we felt none of that pressure. We were approached by a sales person who asked if we were in the market for a new or used. After I explained that I wanted the best deal and from there the decision to buy new or used would be made. I immediately felt like I had entered a "Family Dealership". We were treated with respect and that we had some intelligence (not always with some dealerships). From the initial walk-in until receiving our used 2011 Sonata Hybrid everything was explained perfectly and to our satisfaction. So helpful, great service and caring employee. I talked to Corey early in the morning when my car had a flat tire and he told me to call when I could get the car in. I phoned later in the day and I talked to Corey early in the morning when my car had a flat tire and he told me to call when I could get the car in. I phoned later in the day and got it in. Corey took a lot of time explaining the options to me. My flat tire needed to be replaced and Corey found me a fair price, then he helped me to get a new wiper to replace a damaged one as well as two light bulbs (one running light in the back and one above the license plate) which needed to be replaced. I was in and out with a new tire, wiper and lights within just over an hour. Corey was kind, helpful and genuine about wanting to help me with my car. I look forward to working with Corey in the future to do some warranty work and to replace my other three tires as money permits me to do so. On the drive home it was a rainy wet one and I could see way better with the new wiper, was confident that all my lights were working and of course my new tire would make it safer for me on the road. Warranty work I phoned Victoria Hyundai on a Saturday afternoon. My 2011 vehicle had been acting up. I spoke with Robby and told him the symptoms of my problem. H I phoned Victoria Hyundai on a Saturday afternoon. My 2011 vehicle had been acting up. I spoke with Robby and told him the symptoms of my problem. He encouraged me to bring the car in that same afternoon and I did. My problem was a faulty ignition coil. Not a big deal I guess, but needing attention nevertheless. the problem was rectified within 1.5 hours and I was back on the road home, with ) charges thanks to my warranty. Steve in the Service Department took his time to ask me some questions and then explain the different options I had. He then set me up with a service package that covered all of my car's needs and at a far lower cost than I thought my bill would be! Additionally, I had told Steve of my time constraints and he was able to get my car in and have it ready for me even sooner than I had expected. Overall, a fantastic experience, and a very satisfied customer who would be more than happy to recommend this dealership to others. More

Amazing Customer Service I needed to purchase a new vehicle and after looking on line for a few months I chose to work with Victoria Hyundai for a few reasons. I liked that t I needed to purchase a new vehicle and after looking on line for a few months I chose to work with Victoria Hyundai for a few reasons. I liked that they were up front and posted their prices on line, unlike most of the dealerships in the local area. I also like that they do fund raising for various organizations and giving back to community is important to me. I contacted the dealership on line and one of the questions I was asked was if I wanted someone to contact me through e mail or by telephone. I chose e mail and Jody respected my wishes. I was able to book a test drive and do my financing on line. When I arrived at the dealership all the staff were very warm and friendly. There was no pressure. Jody and Bruce were very personable and worked together to help me get my dream car. But wait, that is not all! Jody knew I wanted to donate my old vehicle to the Kidney Foundation and is handling that for me! He has stored the vehicle on the lot and will be making the arrangements for the Foundation to pick up the vehicle. Now that is amazing customer service!
