Andrew Hubbard A.K.A. 007 Andrew came and met me within 2 minutes of arriving on the lot. He made sure to ask all the right questions about what I was looking for..... Size, style, color, year, and most importantly my price range. After he collected that information he went and brought up a 2015 Hyundai Accent, as it matched the closest to what I was looking for and we took it out for a test drive. I liked the car right away, and it was about $4,000 less than the 2015 Mazda 3 I had been looking at elsewhere .Anyhow, to make a long story short....we were able to close a deal within my set monthly payment limit, and with a low interest rate. Andrew was friendly, professional, and knew a lot about James Bond and all the films (which I myself am a huge fan of) To be 100% Honest, the only downside to my Experience at Victoria Hyundai was NOT related to my interaction with Andrew, but instead in the very long time it took to go through the finance department and the insurance broker. That part of the process was 3 hours in length. Andrew came across as a hard working, dedicated individual who has a true and genuine passion for his work. He was not pushy, his body language was welcoming and friendly throughout the process, and he didn't put any pressure on me at any time. More

Highly Recommended I had a wonderful experience at Victoria Hyundai. We took a test drive where Jody showed that he had extensive knowledge of the model and could answer any question. Everyone at the dealership worked efficiently to get all our paperwork done so we could catch the ferry back to Saltspring. A week later, I brought the car back to get a minor repair, and as the repair wasn't finished at the end of the day, Jody immediately offered a loaner of a new car for the week, AND offered to drive my repaired car back to Saltspring for me! He had to make the trip to the ferry terminal twice as the first time he tried, the ferry broke down. Bringing it over to Saltspring for me was above and beyond good service: I can't imagine many dealerships offering to do that for a used car. I highly recommend Victoria Hyundai. More

Each time we came in, Tristan knew what we were looking for and could point out new option that may have come in to the USED side of the dealership since our last visit. Tristan also communicated with us regularly by phone and email to see if we had any question or needed any advice. We did not end up purchasing from this dealership although in the future I would like the opportunity to deal with them again. Great, no pressure, friendly, and caring service from all of the staff we encountered! Awesome job Victoria Hyundai!! More
