Want to feel special? My husband and I recently upgraded to a "new" used car, a pre-owned 2010 Elantra sedan. We were both interested in buying a used Elantra after renting one six months previously. Being more than "middle aged," despite knowing what we wanted, we entered the process with pre-conceptions and misgivings about "used car" salespeople. We were soon put right. These days, profit margin is not the aim; volume selling is. So we got a superb car at an incredible (to us) price. And it was an enjoyable experience to boot. We were treated so well. I wish all salespeople were as knowledgeable and amiable as the people we dealt with! In particular, I must single out Tristan Marshall, our product specialist. He was marvellous: knowledgeable; humanly honest; genial; patient; understanding...could we have asked for anyone better? No. And all the people at Victoria Hyundai seemed to be of similar high quality calibre...We were amazed...Jared Kubbernus, our financing advisor, was another gem in the process. In fact, our only regret is that we cannot just turn around and go through the same soul-building experience all over again. We have to wait at least another year or two...But we plan to return as long-term customers. Where does one hear that refrain these days??? Thank you, all of you, Victoria Hyundai. I love my Sonata!!!
