A Very Nice Experience First, we had gone to Victoria Hyundai to just view one of the vehicles that we had been looking to buy for some time now. When we arrived, we had found that we had arrived during the last day of one of the promotions going on (how lucky!). We were looking to test drive one of the vehicles on display. When we had mentioned this to Abdul, he helped us find a vehicle that had all the exact same features as the one that we were interested in, as well as being around $6000 cheaper. We were very happy with this during the test drive, and Abdul helped us learn about all the features of the car. The car ride was very enjoyable as Abdul was a very nice and friendly person. He was also very knowledgeable about any questions we had about the car. Due to this, we were certain that we wanted the vehicle that Abdul had recommended for us. It was perfect for what we needed. Many thanks to Abdul for helping us get a vehicle that had what we were looking for and was cheaper than the one we had looked at. He helped us get the most bang for our buck! Also, I would like to thank Jared for his hard work in helping us make the right choice in options that we could get to accompany our car. Finally, I would like to thank Jeremy for all his help as well. While we didn't work with him directly, he had helped us a lot when we were having some problems with license plate transfers. He was also a very nice guy. So, in conclusion, I would definitely recommend buying a car at Victoria Hyundai. Shortly after purchasing a used 2008 Santa Fe, I was fronted with a possible $4000 transmission service bill, I contacted mysales rep and received no Shortly after purchasing a used 2008 Santa Fe, I was fronted with a possible $4000 transmission service bill, I contacted mysales rep and received no help or recommendation. That is when I called in and was transferred to Indy. To make a very long story short, Indy worked tirelessly for me, and became my advocate and was able to cut that bill in half! He could not 'okay' the things I needed at his power level, so he put his neck out and managed to get all the powers that be, in one room to hear the situation and give the ultimate go ahead. He along with Steve in the service department, got my car back to me in 3 days (which is unbelievable)!!! I owe Indy A LOT and am lucky he was the one who asnwered my call! Please insist on dealing with Indy, he deserves the highest praise! THANK YOU! More
