A Very Nice Experience First, we had gone to Victoria Hyundai to just view one of the vehicles that we had been looking to buy for some time now. When we arrived, we had fou First, we had gone to Victoria Hyundai to just view one of the vehicles that we had been looking to buy for some time now. When we arrived, we had found that we had arrived during the last day of one of the promotions going on (how lucky!). We were looking to test drive one of the vehicles on display. When we had mentioned this to Abdul, he helped us find a vehicle that had all the exact same features as the one that we were interested in, as well as being around $6000 cheaper. We were very happy with this during the test drive, and Abdul helped us learn about all the features of the car. The car ride was very enjoyable as Abdul was a very nice and friendly person. He was also very knowledgeable about any questions we had about the car. Due to this, we were certain that we wanted the vehicle that Abdul had recommended for us. It was perfect for what we needed. Many thanks to Abdul for helping us get a vehicle that had what we were looking for and was cheaper than the one we had looked at. He helped us get the most bang for our buck! Also, I would like to thank Jared for his hard work in helping us make the right choice in options that we could get to accompany our car. Finally, I would like to thank Jeremy for all his help as well. While we didn't work with him directly, he had helped us a lot when we were having some problems with license plate transfers. He was also a very nice guy. So, in conclusion, I would definitely recommend buying a car at Victoria Hyundai. When you do go there, make sure to ask for Abdul, as he will definitely make you feel very welcomed there. More

That is when I called in and was transferred to Indy. To make a very long story short, Indy worked tirelessly for me, and became my advocate and was able to cut that bill in half! He could not 'okay' the things I needed at his power level, so he put his neck out and managed to get all the powers that be, in one room to hear the situation and give the ultimate go ahead. He along with Steve in the service department, got my car back to me in 3 days (which is unbelievable)!!! I owe Indy A LOT and am lucky he was the one who asnwered my call! Please insist on dealing with Indy, he deserves the highest praise! THANK YOU! More

Pleasantly surprised I'd been thinking of getting a new vehicle for a while but kept procrastinating because I just didn't want to deal with the hassle & stress of it all. Then fate had me stopping into Victoria Hyundai late one night where i'd planned to have a quick browse. I was surprised when Abdul walked out of the showroom as I'd thought they were closed and I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't start in with a high pressure sales pitch. Instead he started off with the basics, asking what I was looking for in a car. To be honest I wasn't really sure, so we looked at a few cars, chatted about the different features, he gave me some brochures and suggested I go onto the Hyundia website, and then I scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. Over the next 2 days I reviewed the website checking which vehicle met my prerequisites. I actually enjoyed the test drive, Abdul was very knowledgable about the vehicle, we talked about the pros and cons of different features. He is friendly and has a quiet, calm demeanor which puts you at ease. I mean really, how many people look forward to a test drive with a stranger. But I would definitely recommend Abdul. I found all the staff very friendly and helpful, Bruce was very good at explaining all the financing & extended warranty details. (I 'd recommend reviewing theses ahead of time as well, so you make the best choice for you). I've only had my new car for a few days so can't comment on their long term service but the reviews I've read so far sound promising. To me, an exit survey is as important and usually more informative than a start up survey, I would like to see more of these kind of reviews. I look forward to dealing with Victoria Hyundia in the future. More

They simply could not have been more accommodating and we are thankful for the prompt service and their handling of the warranty work, paper work, etc. They also explained everything that was happening to my wife as the work and problem diagnosis progressed!! The service was appalling to the point where I sold the car and bought a 2011 Sonata from the Duncan, BC dealership. After I sold the Genesis the service department was purged. The only person who was any good was Rick Ellis. He was replaced with Steve Bullock who was a pleasure to deal with. On May 22nd I bought a new Veloster. The salesman, Andrew Hubbard, was excellent. As well all of the other personnel invloved in the sales process were very good at their job. My faith in Victoria Hyundai has been restored. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a new car. More

The used sales manager (Luis Nila) mentioned he couldn't sign a cheque until Tuesday with a cosigner, and to come back after work on Tuesday to sign the papers and finish the deal. I get a call while I'm home sick today from the same manager, saying that his boss doesn't want to sign the cheque because he doesn't want the vehicle and that the deal is off. I had already turned down two offers on the weekend because the truck was sold. Now i'm left with the vehicle and have turned down other perspective buyers because I thought I was dealing with an honest dealer. I'm amazed after shaking my hand and making a deal that he would phone back to say the deal is off. Waste of time and energy, won't make the mistake of dealing with them again. More
