We came into the dealership at 11:00am and drove out at 3:30 pm feeling like we where the most important customer in the building. Never once did we feel pressured or couldn't ask anything. It was such a relaxing time putting everything together that we left the showroom in our new Elentra (I named white lightening) feeling like the members of the team cared what was important to us. Poor customer service in the service department I attempted to make a service appointment with the Victoria dealership and was told that the service advisors were busy and that they would return my I attempted to make a service appointment with the Victoria dealership and was told that the service advisors were busy and that they would return my call. I made the call at 11am and never received a return call at all the rest of the day. I followed-up with the online chat to address the issue and the chat attendant filled out another online service request. There was no acknowledgement nor apology for the lack of follow through by the dealership. It was as if nothing ever happened. Several months ago, I made an online parts inquiry through the chat line and was assured that the dealership's parts department would contact me. I never received the call. Customer service at the this dealership's service department is extremely disappointing. We purchased two vehicles from this dealership; will not be buying a Hyundai again. More
