Efficient and effective After parking before a lunch appointment, I was unable to remove the key from the ignition of my 2010 Tucson LTD. I phoned Victoria Hyundai service and Jason tried to assist by phone, but without success. I asked for the Hyundai Road Assistance number but was given the USA number by mistake. Because of my time constraints I called BCAA, who responded promptly and towed the car to Victoria Hyundai. I called Jason and told him the car was on its way. Jason called me back to say the problem occurred because the vehicle was not completely in Park, which was surprising because I had started the car and shifted from Park to Drive to Reverse several times. At any rate, the problem was solved. I told Jason the vehicle was due for its 54K checkup and asked if he could do that while it was there to save me some time. He told me the estimated cost for the scheduled items, and I gave him permission to do it. I picked up the car at the time he told me it would be ready. I was delighted that he handled my problem promptly, performed the scheduled maintenance without an appointment and had the vehicle ready, as promised. More
