I advised him we had an appointment for an oil change on or 2014 Santa Fa. Rodney introduced me to a very polite Simon Bruton Service Advisor, who explained the mechanical service that was going to be preformed. Inspected our vehicle for any damage and the mileage. I went up stairs to see Jody Dick who introduced me to Andrew Hubbard and before I knew it, they each had a hold of an arm twisting it behind my back and before I knew it my wife and I were driving away in a New 2016 Santa Fa. I hope they payed for the oil change on the 2014. Jody and Andrew express the honesty, integrate and professionalism you would want to buy a vehicle from. We all have heard about car salesman, Jody and Andrew are the best of the best and I had a good feeling driving away in my new 2016 Santa Fa, great salesman, great vehicle, great dealership. Go see them! More

Excellent service Saw a Holiday Hyundai ad on TV, showing the holiday specials being offered and subsequently emailed the dealership. I was contacted by Andew and we made an appointment to come see him. I told him what I was looking for in a car and they had 2016 Black Elantra for me to test drive with all the options i was looking for. Andrew and I went for a test drive. After I met Gord Neave and he asked what i thought of it. I said i liked the car and i needed the price to fit a budget in had in mind. I said I preferred a white Elantra to black and they made it work for me, price and color.. A week later I took it into the Service area to get the undercoating and paint protection added and they would detail the car for me. Picked the car later in the afternoon and it was completed, detailed and ready to go. Nothing but great service and felt like they wanted to work with me, not just sell a car .. would highly recommend this dealership. I get lots of compliments on the car. Andrew, Gord and everyone i dealt with was friendly , professional and wanted to make sure i was getting exactly what i was looking for. Bruce the Financial officer was very informative, and great to work with also . More

I spent quite a bit of time going back and forth, test driving and going to other car dealers. Each time I came back, she was just as nice as the first time. My son, who said that car dealers "stressed him out," thought that she was great. All of the other staff were very friendly and helpful. More

Merry Christmas terrible service Hyundai Christmas spirit My son, who desperately wants to drive and will be old enough on January 1st, and I visited the Victoria Hyundia showroo Hyundai Christmas spirit My son, who desperately wants to drive and will be old enough on January 1st, and I visited the Victoria Hyundia showroom on Thursday December 17th. Our goal was to buy a car for him for Christmas and we have been working hard on this goal for some time. During this visit Wilson, my son, fell in love with a 2005 Ford Escape.I could tell he had made up his mind (so could the sales people). It was past closing time so we said we were very interested and set up a test drive the next day. Unfortunately we had already arranged a short two day trip to Vancouver with our family so my father, Wilson's grandfather, did the test drive with him while I was at work.Wilson said the vehicle was great. Because of the early pre-booked ferry and hotel I had no time to actually purchase the vehicle on the Friday but we were very clear that we intended to do so on the Monday or even Sunday when we returned.Jared Kubbernus and Shawn Sheridan suggested Monday as an option. We asked if there was any way the vehicle could be held for the two days and on our way to Vancouver Wilson was very pleased to see an e-mail telling him that it would be held for us. I thought that was generous and perhaps a reflection of the positive customer centered culture the sales people were describing.Wilson was very happy. If we were not told that the vehicle was going to be held we would have spend considerable time in Vancouver looking for one as that was one of he original purpose of the trip. Instead we went to Science world etc. and had a nice time together as a family. When we returned yesterday the sales person, Jared Kubbernus, I believe, emailed Wilson to say that he was not on shift and someone sold the Escape that day .Wilson is very upset. I guess there was no team communication, no note, no call to the people the vehicle was being held for.We actually could have come in Sunday afternoon to purchase. In reality I'm now sure the entire "on hold" message was just a ruse to make the Jared look good and make for easier negotiations. Well my son has certainly learned something about care salesmen, honesty and Victoria Hyundai. Both my wife and I have large families in Victoria with many teenagers and this will be a significant topic of conversation. All so you could sell a 6k vehicle one day sooner. Nice.Sorry I can't bring myself to wish you folks a merry Christmas Since clearly you don't understand what that means. Kelly Reid More
