The consultants are more interested in up selling services on your vehicle than actually properly servicing the car itself. Prices are not competitive and if you shop around from dealership to dealership you will see Victoria Hyundai has the highest prices. The vehicles are good quality but we are now forced to drive to Duncan to get our vehicle properly serviced. Speaking to other hyundai owners and this appears to be a common practice. More

We decided to expand our location search and ended up finding a great car that was available at Victoria Hyundai. From our initial contact over the phone, to being picked up at the ferry, to our time spent at the dealership - our experience was more than pleasant. Our Sales guy, Andrew Hubbard was great. He wasn't pushy or "greasy" like any other dealerships we had been to. He was HONEST, friendly and made our first experience at a car dealership a great one. We would absolutely recommend using Andrew at Victoria Hyundai again! We also had a great experience with their Finance team. They got us an even better rate when we got into the dealership and answered all of our questions.
