A positive, efficient buying experience! Yuki Izawa, our product advisor, was superb. Even though early in this phase of her career, she knows the product line well. She was very friendly, a Yuki Izawa, our product advisor, was superb. Even though early in this phase of her career, she knows the product line well. She was very friendly, and super fast in responding to our questions by both email and telephone. She and her manager, Jody Dick, made the extra effort to very rapidly get the car colour and model/features we wanted. Both of them were very friendly, outgoing, and helpful on each of our visits to the dealership. I really liked the way that Yuki handled the test drive with us (we have not driven much in Victoria, so it was nice to have a well planned route). It was handy having an insurance broker right at the dealership. Although we did not opt for extended warranties, Bruce Blake did a great job explaining all the options. This is our first Hyundai, and so far we are happy with our choice. It (an Accent HB LE) handles and drives well, is remarkably comfortable for a small car, and has a nice luggage area. It is well equipped for such a reasonably priced car. More
