My vehicle was brought in to have recall work done on the door handles. After I had returned home from dropping my vehicle off it was discovered that the wrong part had been ordered for the work. Rather than have me go back to Hyundai to collect my vehicle, and then return a few days later when the correct part was in, a rental car was provided to me. Very helpful! Fantastic service! The salesperson Jay Wilson was friendly & helpful and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to check out cars at Victoria Hyundai. If you plan to buy, I recommend Jared Kubbernus to handle the finance component. Prepare to be there for a long time, there is a lot of paperwork required throughout. Be very clear who the actual purchaser is at all stages of the process so no assumptions are made. I haven't had any servicing done yet, but have had excellent followup and assistance from Jay & Jared. More
