Horrible customer service I have bought three new cars at dealership s and Victoria Hyundai has been the worst. I had a heating seat problem. I went to then telling them abou I have bought three new cars at dealership s and Victoria Hyundai has been the worst. I had a heating seat problem. I went to then telling them about my seat heating being to high and just shuts off. I also gently wanted to tell them about customer service. Well they come back and tell me it's normal that the heating is supposed to shut off . Listen I've had many vehicles including this one and No that's not how it works but that they would put it under warranty and to help me out do it anyway. I'm a woman but I'm not stupid.....I smiled and let that fix be done, but I'm never coming back. As far as I'm concerned, Nissan Victoria has the best customer service. I know three other people who feel the same way about Hyundai service, and they won't be back either. This is a small town and word dies get around. More

Above & Beyond! Steve and Jody at Victoria Hyundai turned what could have been a difficult situation into a positive experience. My vehicle was brought in to have recall work done on the door handles. After I had returned home from dropping my vehicle off it was discovered that the wrong part had been ordered for the work. Rather than have me go back to Hyundai to collect my vehicle, and then return a few days later when the correct part was in, a rental car was provided to me. Very helpful! Fantastic service! Wonderful salesperson! Jay was a wonderful salesperson in that he didn't pressure me one bit. The salesperson Jay Wilson was friendly & helpful and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to check out cars at Victoria Hyundai. If you plan to buy, I recommend Jared Kubbernus to handle the finance component. Prepare to be there for a long time, there is a lot of paperwork required throughout. Be very clear who the actual purchaser is at all stages of the process so no assumptions are made. I haven't had any servicing done yet, but have had excellent followup and assistance from Jay & Jared. More
