Horrible customer service I have bought three new cars at dealership s and Victoria Hyundai has been the worst. I had a heating seat problem. I went to then telling them abou I have bought three new cars at dealership s and Victoria Hyundai has been the worst. I had a heating seat problem. I went to then telling them about my seat heating being to high and just shuts off. I also gently wanted to tell them about customer service. Well they come back and tell me it's normal that the heating is supposed to shut off . Listen I've had many vehicles including this one and No that's not how it works but that they would put it under warranty and to help me out do it anyway. I'm a woman but I'm not stupid.....I smiled and let that fix be done, but I'm never coming back. As far as I'm concerned, Nissan Victoria has the best customer service. I know three other people who feel the same way about Hyundai service, and they won't be back either. This is a small town and word dies get around. More
