The guys there are very friendly, informative and most of all low pressure. A great experience. More

First I dealt with Jay and let me tell you I was very impressed with the time he took with us a made sure to find a vehicle that suited all of our needs and did a great job explaining every option and feature he really knows these cars inside and out. Next we met Tristan the Sales Manager.... My past experiences with Sales Managers have never been very pleasant but Tristan is very easy to work with and doesn't pressure or grind you into a deal he is very fair and enjoyable to deal with. Last person I met and dealt with was Jared he took his time to make sure I understood all of my fiance documents as there are a lot of things to go over. All in all I highly recommend dealing with all of these gentleman! More
Purchase and service We bought our 2012 Hyundai Accent in July. Eric Phendler was our salesman and he was awesome! We were immediately comfortable with him once we met. Bruce Blake did our financing and I can't say better things about him. In fact everyone on the main floor we had an interaction with was fantastic! By the time we finished our deal the service department was closed so our salesman Eric washed the car for us and promised us a full detail after the fact. When I brought my car in for my appointment for the service I arrived at 10:30 and was told it'd be a couple hours. I walked to the mall just down the road and called 2.5 hours later to inquire about my car. Eric Sela was apologetic and explained they hadn't started working on my car yet and would after lunch. I wasn't super impressed but understand a detailing wouldn't take priority over more important things. I recieved a follow up email regarding the service from Jody Dick the service manager. His email also stated I should have been booked for my follow up appointment at the time of my detailing (which it wasn't). I emailed to say the survery he provided wouldn't open and the email he provided for my service rep was not correct (got a bounce back email). I inquired if for future appointments I should expect my car to sit for 2.5 hrs before being worked on (simply so I can plan for future appointments). I haven't received anything back since emailing a week ago. While I would 100% recommend my salesman and Bruce for financing the service department left a little bit to be desired. More

I would deal with you again, as you seem trustworthy and knowledgeable. So long as people like Steve are there, I would recommend the service centre. The others I dealt with were not professional, in my opinion. Shawn Sheridan was the sales person we purchased the car from. He told me things that were untrue; ie. telling me they did not have the colour I was interested in, also that the new vehicles were driven to the dealership from the place they were made, and that is why the mileage was higher. It was a horrible experience for me. I felt he wanted to make a quick sale and did not have our experience in his best interest. Jody Dick failed to give us all the info before he gave us the papers to sign, and told us just before we signed. We felt we had already gone to far to turn back, so we just signed. In dealing with these two Hyundai reps, I felt taken advantage of. Very negative experience in buying my first new vehicle. Therefore, I would not recommend the sales department of this dealership. The other two service people, Vance Bergen and Simon Burton, are no longer at the dealership. They did not seem to know the product. More

Remarkable Customer Servive As I a new to Victoria, I had no idea what to expect when I booked a service appointment for my 2015 Genesis. It is a low mileage vehicle and had been As I a new to Victoria, I had no idea what to expect when I booked a service appointment for my 2015 Genesis. It is a low mileage vehicle and had been serviced by the dealership [on the mainland] where I leased it. When I arrived for my appointment I gave the Service Advisor, Steve Bullock, the service history, so that he would know what had previously been done. Steve's response was that previous service had been done somewhat earlier than necessary and that the next service date should be sometime in October. He made the appointment for me and that was all... This is the first time I have every been told by an automobile service agent that work was not necessary OR too early. Thanks Steve. I appreciate your honesty and will be back in October. More
