My salesman Jay Wilson was excellent - a knowledgeable, personable, and laid-back person who put me very much at ease. The rest of the sales team was also professional, welcoming, and engaging. They made purchasing my coupe a great experience. I do not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. After three Toyotas, Hyundai had a big ask to get me to switch and the value, quality, and and great sales experience made a convert of me. More

Car Service It was near closing time on the Saturday of Thansgiving weekend and noticed I had a flat tire! Not able to wait until Tuesday, I took my car to Victoria Hyundai where I had purchased it new back in 2007. Steve Bullock took my car in right away and had it fixed in about 20 min! Thank you so much to Steve and the serviceman for making my Thanksgiving weekend a great one! P.S. They didn't even charge me! It doesn't get much better than that! With gratitude, Lisa Grubesic More
Oil Changed but left Coolant on "LOW" Had my 4th oil change as part of my oil change package that came with the car, however they did not top up my Coolant even though it is well into the Had my 4th oil change as part of my oil change package that came with the car, however they did not top up my Coolant even though it is well into the 'LOW" mark. I mentioned this to the service clerk (Steve) and he said not to worry and it would be taken care of...but got my car back with it still on "Low". I had to request my car not be washed by the lot boy this time round, as he put several scratches in my paint last time I had my oil changed (Likely a bit of sand or a small pebble lodged in the brush he uses to wash cars) I e-mailed the service department about those scratches at the time of previous oil change and never heard anything back from them. I reminded the service person this time round (Steve) about that, and their was no offer made to buff out the scratches or repair the paint. The previous time the service clerk (Corey) also tried to up-sell me a whole bunch of services that my car did not need. I tried to tell him several times that I ONLY wanted the oil change, but that didn't stop him from continuing to try and sell me services that were not needed. This time round the sales clerk (Steve) read my body language pretty fast and ONLY sold me a tire rotation (which I went for because I actually needed it). There was also a hidden charge in that tire rotation that he did not inform me of at the time of dropping my car off. A $40 dollar tire rotation turned into $50 dollars just like that. Even though I have 4 oil changes left on my Card, I am hesitant to return to Victoria Hyundai for any further services other then things that are covered under the service warranty. More
