I brought my car in at 8:45 am and got the call that my car was done and could be picked up anytime at 10:15 am. Great car buying experience I am a previous Hyundai owner and when I needed to purchase another vehicle, Victoria Hyundai was one of the dealerships I checked. I dealt with Tom K I am a previous Hyundai owner and when I needed to purchase another vehicle, Victoria Hyundai was one of the dealerships I checked. I dealt with Tom Keeling and I appreciated his candor and the fact that he did not try to sell me another model that I did not need. I liked that he took the time to find out my driving habits and the must haves in a vehicle. I also like that fact that because I am a woman he was not condescending. I also want to commend the sales manager for giving me a loaner care until my vehicle arrived. The finance department (Bruce Blake) was very meticulous in explaining the extended options for items such as corrosion protection, etc. and did not push me into purchasing something I did not feel comfortable doing. Overall, I had a very good experience with Victoria Hyundai and I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to my friends and family. Margit More

Excellent Service on purchase of a used vehicle Did online search for Hyundai Victoria to see what used vehicles they offered. They had a couple vehicles I was interested in and Josh contacted me o Did online search for Hyundai Victoria to see what used vehicles they offered. They had a couple vehicles I was interested in and Josh contacted me online to go look and test drive. I was looking for an SUV Tuscon. We emailed back and forth for a month or so, then my husband and I went to look at a Nissan Rogue and Toyota Rav4. I test drove the Nissan and felt that had to be my car. Josh helped with the paper work and next day it was mine. The price was right and the vehicle is what I was looking for. Thanks Josh for great service and keeping in touch. More

Great customer service This is my first service visit to Victoria Hyundai...well it is my second time there, but the first time, the service advisor Steve Bullock, informed This is my first service visit to Victoria Hyundai...well it is my second time there, but the first time, the service advisor Steve Bullock, informed my that I was really too early and should wait until the maintenance was actually necessary. He made an appointment for 8 weeks later. I arrived for my "second" appointment and Steve greeted me as a friend and took care of all my requests. The service was completed in a timely fashion and Steve took the time to explain everything that had been done. I will certainly be very happy to use Victoria Hyundai for the servicing of my Genesis in the future and hope that Steve will be there for many years to continue to give great customer service. More
