Terrible service for the second time, not anymore! Terrible service and tried to force additional maintenance for my car while the manufacturer do not even recommend it. This is the second time, but it will not happen again, I will not go back to this place and will not recommend it and even will discourage to go there. Here is the second experience on Nov 26th 2016: They asked for us to come back by 2:30pm to pick up the car, the car was outside so probably the maintenance was done. However, they made us wait for more than 45 minutes trying to figure out what happened to the car. We had to step out after 40mn to ask them what was happening because they were not providing information of course. They even lied to our face by making up the story that my car was probably "on the road test" until we pointed it out parked outside right in front of them! It is the second time this is happening and first time it was with me alone, so this is not a question of person, it is just a terrible service. I'm highly disappointed and will file a complaint with Hyundai corporate, I wonder what kind of training these people receive. This is unacceptable. More

The internal/external colour choices I chose meant I had to order from the factory, which involved a longer wait, but I got exactly what I ordered, and I'm very pleased with the result. Jay was great to deal with, and Brianna made the (potentially) tedious paperwork as smooth and efficient as possible. The foosball table is a great way to distract my 11-year old, who kept me company as we picked up the car :-)! Overall very happy, and would highly recommend this dealer and its staff--thank you. Above and Beyond Service Victoria Hyundai was recommended to me by my mother when I was looking for a used car because they treated her very well there when she bought her Tus Victoria Hyundai was recommended to me by my mother when I was looking for a used car because they treated her very well there when she bought her Tuscon. I was actually at a used car lot in the Westshore, but the selection was poor and what they did have in stock was way overpriced, so we phoned Victoria Hyundai from there and told them what I was looking for in a car and they said they had one they would have ready for me to test drive once I got down there. It turned out that the car was exactly what I was looking for and the price was more than fair. Once we had agreed on a price they took care of everything and had me in the car to take home in a timely fashion. Probably the most impressive thing was after I had purchased the vehicle, the car still needed to be detailed and serviced, but I live and work in the Westshore and it was not convenient for me to be able to take it in during the week, but Lance suggested that he bring his personal vehicle out to my place of work and picked up my vehicle and dropped it off before I was done. In my opinion this was way above and beyond regular customer service, especially since I had already purchased the vehicle. In the future, I would recommend Victoria Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
