Finding the right car. Jay Wilson was awesome at listening and knowing what was just in stock to help my husband and I find the right car for us - a Hyundai 2013 Elantra. He Jay Wilson was awesome at listening and knowing what was just in stock to help my husband and I find the right car for us - a Hyundai 2013 Elantra. He didn't "sell" it to us but let the car sell itself. Every step of the way was top-notch service. As Jay moves into senior ranks of the dealership he ensured that he took us to each agent explaining clearly their role and how they would assist us. From getting papers sorted, new tires on, keys cut, hitch mounted, insurance - they made it easy. I really appreciate you Jay for making it easy. Two weeks and still a half a tank of gas is also making me very happy. :) More

The time you dedicated to finding the perfec I would like to thank all at Hyundai and personally Karl Lehman for having been so wonderful and helpful. The time you dedicated to finding the perfect option for me (considering I am a student on tight international budgets and with a young child whose safety was my first concern). It was not just selling any car which would be good for sales but to try and find the perfect fit within my budget, trying to stretch the options as much as possible. It made me feel comfortable telling you all openly how my financial situation would be and what I was expecting. You all did try to do the best for me for sure. I would also appreciate the fact that, during my visit to your dealership twice you guys made all the effort and went out of your ways to drop me all the way to Sooke (since I had run late for my daughter's day care) Basically, I liked the fact regardless of budgets and requirements, every customer is given equal importance and assistance and made to feel comfortable as well as given complete information of vehicle's pros as well as cons so its easy for the customer to make a choice. A great experience from start to finish We were immediately greeted at the front and were introduced to Mason Klein. He was friendly and great to work with throughout he process. As we hadn't purchased a new vehicle in nearly a decade, he was patient and thoroughly answered all of our questions and was always punctual and followed up on our requests. He identified what our family's needs were in buying a new vehicle and assisted us in finding the right one. We are proud new owners of 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe!! More
Terrible service for the second time, not anymore! Terrible service and tried to force additional maintenance for my car while the manufacturer do not even recommend it. This is the second time, but it will not happen again, I will not go back to this place and will not recommend it and even will discourage to go there. Here is the second experience on Nov 26th 2016: They asked for us to come back by 2:30pm to pick up the car, the car was outside so probably the maintenance was done. However, they made us wait for more than 45 minutes trying to figure out what happened to the car. We had to step out after 40mn to ask them what was happening because they were not providing information of course. They even lied to our face by making up the story that my car was probably "on the road test" until we pointed it out parked outside right in front of them! It is the second time this is happening and first time it was with me alone, so this is not a question of person, it is just a terrible service. I'm highly disappointed and will file a complaint with Hyundai corporate, I wonder what kind of training these people receive. This is unacceptable. More
