I would also appreciate the fact that, during my visit to your dealership twice you guys made all the effort and went out of your ways to drop me all the way to Sooke (since I had run late for my daughter's day care) Basically, I liked the fact regardless of budgets and requirements, every customer is given equal importance and assistance and made to feel comfortable as well as given complete information of vehicle's pros as well as cons so its easy for the customer to make a choice. Terrible service for the second time, not anymore! Terrible service and tried to force additional maintenance for my car while the manufacturer do not even recommend it. This is the second time, but it will not happen again, I will not go back to this place and will not recommend it and even will discourage to go there. Here is the second experience on Nov 26th 2016: They asked for us to come back by 2:30pm to pick up the car, the car was outside so probably the maintenance was done. However, they made us wait for more than 45 minutes trying to figure out what happened to the car. We had to step out after 40mn to ask them what was happening because they were not providing information of course. They even lied to our face by making up the story that my car was probably "on the road test" until we pointed it out parked outside right in front of them! It is the second time this is happening and first time it was with me alone, so this is not a question of person, it is just a terrible service. I'm highly disappointed and will file a complaint with Hyundai corporate, I wonder what kind of training these people receive. This is unacceptable. More
