A New Standard for Auto Dealers in Victoria Wow, this dealership is under new management and it really shows all around. I've recently purchased my 4th vehicle from this dealership (1 used, 3 Wow, this dealership is under new management and it really shows all around. I've recently purchased my 4th vehicle from this dealership (1 used, 3 new, '06 Tiburon, '10 Gen Coupe, '12 Tuscan and now a new '17 Tuscan) and to be honest the first purchase was purely because of the product i was getting, but each subsequent visit I've seen huge changes in the quality of customer service and care, our latest purchase of a new Tuscan has completely shattered the standards i have come to expect when shopping for a new vehicle. Jody Dick i greatly appreciated your no pressure sales technique when you were in sales and as the new Dealer Principal i can see you have instilled your standards throughout the dealership, Bruce Blake as Finance Director was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of our budget and broke everything down so it was clear and understandable (that parts been a first for me). Tom Keeling in Sales has great customer skills and listened to us before talking unlike ALOT of other dealerships we've been to. As a Hyundai customer for years, I've seen the service department go through its cycles but Glenn Friend has always been there and i trust his judgement. So if you're shopping around looking for a vehicle please add them to your list of stops and you won't be disappointed More

When we entered Hyundai Victoria, we were met with smiling faces and I couldn't help but notice how shiny the floors were. It looked like Christmas with all kinds of shiny, beautiful vehicles. I couldn't help but, think of presents! We were introduced to Mason and he was welcoming with a great smile. Outside of a few computer glitches, and a few moves from one desk to another, Mason was able to get out of us what kind of vehicle we were looking for, and in what price range. He presented himself in a professional manner, and he was thoughtful and considerate. We discussed and found the car that we were looking for. The price range was what we felt that we could handle. So some lose ends had to be dealt with.... we didn't have to be financed... so a discussion with a representative around the completion of the sale, and obtaining insurance put a beautiful black Santa Fe in our hands.... And through this all Mason waited patiently, gathered up the vehicle for us and put on the license plates. This was probably the nicest transaction we've ever had the pleasure to have benefited from because of Mason Klein. More

Great experience Mason was my salesperson and Andrew was the sales manager that I was dealing with. They both were wonderful young men and so pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Mason even arranged to meet me on his day off to make it convenient for me. I felt absolutely no pressure unlike two of the other dealerships I visited. I had a couple of concerns regarding the vehicle and they are being taken care of without question. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of and they were both very open and honest about everything. I would highly recommend anyone to search out both of these young men when considering buying a vehicle. It was a pleasure doing business with them both and I thank them for all the time they spent with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of. Thank you both so much!! Terrible customer service Went in for a service the other day, and Steve asked how the car was doing. I explained to him, that the last two weeks I've noticed the tires have be Went in for a service the other day, and Steve asked how the car was doing. I explained to him, that the last two weeks I've noticed the tires have been pulling to the right, especially when I have been driving on the highway. He said it was to do with the way the road is laid out. I told Steve, I've never had this issue before, I drive on the highway 3-4 days a week. I then mentioned it happened while I was turning left (doing about 15 km) and it jerked to the right. He brushed it off again saying "oh you probably ran over a pot hole or a branch." At this point I was getting flustered. I told him " no, I know the difference between a pot hole and a branch, this does not feel right." After he said I've been in the industry for over 20 years and I can tell you that it's not your alignment because of the way it sits straight etc" He didn't want to agree with anything I was saying. Finally my car gets serviced, and it shows my right passenger side alignment was off quite a bit. Problem was fixed, but my issue is how Steve did not believe a word I was saying. He kept brushing off what I was telling him. I got the sense that he knew better then me and that I don't know anything about my car. I am very upset how my situation was handled. I shouldn't have to argue with an employee about my concerns with the car. I have been driving a Hyundai for about 6 years and never had an issue before. I do not know if I will becoming back as a customer next time around. This is a perfect example of mechanics think females know nothing about cars.. More
