I have to say that our sales guy Jay Wilson was the most knowledgeable, friendly NO PRESSURE sales person I have ever dealt with. He knew everything about the 2017 Elanta we were looking at. This was such a treat for us as we had been to a number of other dealers prior to going to Victoria Hyundai and none of the sales guys had a clue about the car we were looking at. We were also very impressed with Brianna Dickinson in the finance dept. She was very thorough and super friendly...also no pressure for us to buy the "extras". What a nice treat that was. I highly recommend checking out Victoria Hyundai if you are looking for a new or used car. Make sure you ask for Jay...you won't be disappointed. More

Terrible!!! I made an appointment to see a vehicle was greeted by Josh; although the vehicle was not available at the location, I was informed that they would be I made an appointment to see a vehicle was greeted by Josh; although the vehicle was not available at the location, I was informed that they would be able to acquire it and we could definitely get something worked out. Initially we took a vehicle for a test drive and I asked several questions about the similar model that I wanted. I had done enough research on the vehicle that I wanted and knew the answers but I wanted to see the type of salesman I was dealing with. The responses were not completely accurate since the model that I wanted did not include the features that I asked for. As we drove back to the dealership, I figured that I would be given time to test the vehicle out on my own; however, Josh was so intent on making a sale that he neglected to provide me, the customer, with time to further test drive the vehicle - I have test driven and purchased enough vehicles to know that you MUST give the customer time alone with a car to get accustomed without a chaperone. THIS was not the case. As we went inside to speak to the "Sales Manager" I questioned them about the price, options and fees associated with the vehicle that they did not have. I knew where the vehicle was located but they kept insisting that there was only "1" in all BC. I have worked in sales myself and I am well aware of these tactics. Additionally, I knew very well where that vehicle was and their listed price along with every detail about their pricing. Funny thing is that they kept tacking on extra charges to those listed to the point that it started becoming ridiculous so I asked for a final quote since I didn't feel that I was ready to make a decision. What I received was an insulting piece of scrap paper that the Sales manager uses as a "Scratch Pad" since I was not willing to sign an "Offer to Purchase" document. My reaction was how can I sign an Offer to Purchase when I have not even seen the vehicle. Anyway, I decided to walk away from this pathetic attempt and I still kept the "Scratch Pad" piece of paper from Tristan in order to remind me to get as far away as possible from one of the worst sales attempts that I have encountered. Hopefully people can deal with more competent salespersons than the ones I encountered. More
