Could not repair my Santa Fe I purchased my Santa Fe from Victoria Hyundai New. Most service work was done by them.. Service was great! Then I needed my window defrost system fixe I purchased my Santa Fe from Victoria Hyundai New. Most service work was done by them.. Service was great! Then I needed my window defrost system fixed. $550 plus 4 appointments and 11 hours waiting in service lounge I was advised they could not fix my problem. I gave up. Then sent a letter outlining my problem to Victoria and Head Office. What really upset me was I got no reply. Not a letter not a call Nothing So I take it Hyundai doesn't care about my account. While I love me Santa Fe I'll be looking elsewhere for my next this summer More

Including issues that the past owner of the dealer failed to fix. Since Jody has taken over he has always done everything he can to fix any issues, right the wrongs and make sure I am happy. More

Awesome experience We had to buy a new car due an accident that wrote off our old car. Buying a car is one thing I hate doing, let alone being forced into having to buy. I have to say that our sales guy Jay Wilson was the most knowledgeable, friendly NO PRESSURE sales person I have ever dealt with. He knew everything about the 2017 Elanta we were looking at. This was such a treat for us as we had been to a number of other dealers prior to going to Victoria Hyundai and none of the sales guys had a clue about the car we were looking at. We were also very impressed with Brianna Dickinson in the finance dept. She was very thorough and super friendly...also no pressure for us to buy the "extras". What a nice treat that was.
