First Hyundai-Replaced my Chrysler Pacifica after 10 years!! Thank You Tom!!! I live in Whiterock, and work in Burnaby so I had LOTS of options to look at in order to purchase my new Sante Fe - and yet I ended Thank You Tom!!! I live in Whiterock, and work in Burnaby so I had LOTS of options to look at in order to purchase my new Sante Fe - and yet I ended up buying from Tom and Victoria Hyundai. All of my initial research was done for a CPO certified vehicle listed on the Hyundai Canada Website - and there were at least 20+ at at least 7 different dealerships. I have been in sales for 30 years and so when I buy anything - I am a student of the process and scrutinize my experience at every stage - Tom was awesome. I submitted all of my first inquiries and interest online (most from my cell phone during 3 back to back biz trips) and then sat back to gauge my experiences - amazingly - one didn`t even respond.................another `blew me off`after ignoring my request for certain additional details; many of the òffers`were very similar in price and feature set once I narrowed it done so the ultimate purchase decision came down to who was the èasiest and most credible to do business with...... Tom stayed in touch while I was in the airport enroute to CA - he called me while I was there with updates - along with multiple videos (including one featuring himself - so I even got to know his personality a bit!) and `photo snipits as the options changed - one Sante Fe that I had been initially interested in was sold - so I ended up buying a different vehicle than the one that had led me to Tom in the first place. The bottom line was that I met Tom in person for the first time on a late Friday afternoon after flying in to Victoria from San Francisco - took the Sante Fe for a test drive - I took the Sante Fe home overnight that same night - and we shook hands and signed the paperwork at 9 the next morning - NOW THAT WAS EASY! We had some issues getting the insurance sorted so they sent me back to the lower mainland with a D plate for the week so I could enjoy my purchase immediately! Flat Tire I am new to Victoria. Today I have discovered that my car parked in parkade has a flat tire. Bryan came with me to my car and changed the tire then I I am new to Victoria. Terrible mechanics and even worse Service Manager 2010 Accent died in the middle of rush hour at major intersection, unable to start...paid extra for towing to have car taken to the dealer as we assum 2010 Accent died in the middle of rush hour at major intersection, unable to start...paid extra for towing to have car taken to the dealer as we assumed they would know what was wrong...right???No...if the engine light does not come on or they cannot get a diagnosis from the ODBE they cannot figure out what is wrong with the car. In our case, they sent the car out from the service center saying nothing was wrong with it...it stalled again on the way home, another dangerous situation. We decided to try and fix it ourselves, we diagnosed within 1 hr that it needed a new crankshaft sensor!! called Hyundai ..part would cost $194.00. Went into Hyundai and talked to the "SERVICE MANAGER"??? who offered $20.00 off the part. Really? $100.00 to do diagnosis test(with no result), $80.00 x 2 for towing , $25.00 x 2 for taxi to and from Hyundai.... Hmmmm. Buy your cars "Haynes repair manual" and go straight to Napaa, we bought the part for $79.00...car is fixed. DON'T BUY OR GO TO HYUNDIA IN VICTORIA!!! More

We've loved our previous two Hyundai vehicles and the new Elantra had all the extras we were looking for, along with a much sportier look and feel than the Elantra we traded in. We emailed asking when it would be available after seeing an ad and Josh got back to us right away. He emailed us updates every few days and let us know as soon as the car was available for a test drive. It was exactly the car we wanted......and we made the purchase. I like the car even more today than the day we made the purchase. I felt like we were treated fairly. Josh Rockwell is a great sales rep. Everyone we encountered was helpful and responsive. More

A very positive experience when buying a vehicle. We needed a new family vehicle. We were looking for a while and we decided to see what Victoria Hyundai could do for us. We had a certain budget for w We needed a new family vehicle. We were looking for a while and we decided to see what Victoria Hyundai could do for us. We had a certain budget for which a new vehicle was not possible, and they accommodated with a 2015 Santa Fe Sport. It did not have all the bells and whistles, but when I think about it, we did not need all the bells and whistles, and the Sport Package has more than enough. Our overall experience from being welcomed to the dealership to buying was an enjoyable experience and all staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. All staff we dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable. We were offered various coverages, and glad that we took them. We had the vehicle three days and noticed a nail in the tire and it was repaired under the tire and rim coverage no questions asked. Glad we decided to come to Victoria Hyundai and I would highly recommend them to others. Thank you, Geoff and Lauire-Ann Timlock. More
