Great Sales Service! Tom Cantley was my Sales Rep when I bought my Hyundai Sante Fe in November 2017. He was absolutely fantastic and spent a lot of time with me going over various models and the choices that I had - without ever being pushy (unlike another sales rep at a Jeep dealership that phoned me every day for two weeks to get me to go in for a test drive). I really appreciated Tom's approach - and I purchased my Sante Fe with some extras that I'd discussed with Tom - so I've got exactly the vehicle that I was looking for and I'm thrilled with my purchase! Bruce Blake on the finance side was also great, giving me all the options open to me so that I could make an informed decision on what I wanted to do. More

Tried to charge me $1800 to fix a broken window that speedy glass charged $400 to repair. Failed to mention upon purchase of said car the frame was bent, resulting in 1 set of new tires and 10 wheel alignments over a span of 3 years. More

Ordered a brand new car and recived a car with 331km on it. I am very disappointment with my recent purchase from Victoria Hyundai. Victoria Hyundai reached out to me and asked if I was interested in trading in I am very disappointment with my recent purchase from Victoria Hyundai. Victoria Hyundai reached out to me and asked if I was interested in trading in my 2016 Santa Fe that I purchased new from Victoria Hyundai in February of 2016. I came down to Victoria Hyundai and sat with the Sales Person and ordered my new 2017 Santa Fe. I put down a substantial deposit in the thousands of dollars to show good faith in my purchase. When the vehicle arrived, it has 331km on the odometer. No “new car” smell, and no feeling of being the first consumer to drive it after ordering it direct. I mentioned to the Sales Person I was very concerned about the high kilometers. The Sales Person stated it is considered a new car until it is registered to an owner, regardless what the odometer indicates. My first Santa Fe had 12km on it. That is what I was expecting. As the vehicle matched what I ordered, aside from the high kilometers, I felt pressured to complete the sale or risk losing my substantial deposit. I sent emails to the Sales Person, the Sales Manager and tried to fill out the Victoria Hyundai survey, which did not work. It seems apparent that once the papers are signed, the Victoria Hyundai Sales Department turns their backs and ignores the customer. As mentioned, I am very unhappy with my recent purchase due to the high kilometers on the odometer. It is basically a used car. This is my second new car purchase from Victoria Hyundai and I will not be returning to Victoria Hyundai, nor will I buy another Hyundai in the future. More

Really have gone above and beyond to make this experience a positive one. Micheal and Andrew are awesome to deal with. When Andrew said that although clinche to say but “buying a Hyundai is just the beginning of our relationship with victoria Hyundai” he really meant it. Not quite even two days after picking up our car we were rear ended, accidents happen but when we called to get the name of the auto body shop they had previously recommended, not only did he tell us the name and go speak to the shop to ensure someone was there to help us at the end of the day but he also is ensuring we have a loaner vehicle while ours is getting repaired. Would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying a new car and have a good experience while doing so. More
Great experience I had been researching vehicles for two years and settled on a Hyundai. I popped into the sales office just to take a look and was shown a Tuscon. I was provided with all the information I needed in order to make a proper decision. When I explained that I had to make sure the vehicle was easy access for my 93 year old mother I was offered to test drive a Tuscon over a weekend. They allowed me to take the vehicle from Saturday to Monday so I was able to really see that it was the right car for me, I was very impressed. everyone I met, from Jay, to Jason, Andrew, Brianna and Bruce, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Hyundai Victoria. More
If it's serious, it'll get worse After sitting in the back yard for two years, I put my Hyundai Accent into regular service. I didn't have a Hyundai dealership where I was, but got After sitting in the back yard for two years, I put my Hyundai Accent into regular service. I didn't have a Hyundai dealership where I was, but got it checked out by a reliable mechanic. Sought dealership service for regular maintenance immediately upon my return to Victoria. Steve performed a visual assessment and advised a whopping $3500 maintenance bill for recommended service. Thankfully, he worked with me to keep it to a more modest budget. Once the service was done, I started experienced strange noises upon acceleration. Back to the dealership I went... This didn't happen BEFORE they replaced the timing belt and performed the other maintenance service! I believe that something they did during this "routine maintenance" was directly responsible for what I experienced. I dropped by one afternoon and Steve and one of the mechanics took a look at it, but could not duplicate the problem. They told me not to worry about it, that if it was serious, it would get worse or happen more frequently... Fast-forward a couple of months... After another incident of a strange noise, I took it again. Now, the transmission is "completely shot". I feel that this should have been identified earlier. At the very least, when I bring my concerns, a more thorough diagnostics should have been recommended. Unfortunately, replacing the transmission costs more than I feel the car is worth. So... off to the wrecker. While Steve and Corey were both unfailingly polite and pleasant to deal with, I cannot help but feel that the vehicle life and functionality could have been extended had Victoria Hyundai not downplayed my concerns. I cannot -prove- negligence or even poor service. But I also can't drive the car anymore. More
