Les =Accessory,friendly,helpful,knows his stuff,and very fair in dealings Nikki=don`t remember what her title is,but soooo helpful and knowledgeable,and does not tire of answering questions about vehicle.And shows you how to work it,what switches and knobs are for....a big THANK YOU to Nikki= "the go to gal". Very easy to talk to and with!!! and no problem calling to ask her about functions that are not understood with vehicle I have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone,and if I know them,I would give them a ride there!! that's how good my experience was,oh and free coffee was appreciated :-) and time was never a factor,no rush,no push,no shove.....all friendly,knowledgeable assistance and guidance !!! Dirty business Bad experience, we went there to have a spare ignition key, we asked many times how much but they just quote 60$ just for programming the key and neve Bad experience, we went there to have a spare ignition key, we asked many times how much but they just quote 60$ just for programming the key and never tell about the whole key. The girl named shelby said that we will know after its all done.(which is not good) And it was a shocking 500$ plus. They charged too much than the other dealership. They dont have a standard price. And we couldnt do anything but pay, couldnt return the key coz its already programmed to our car. Thats how dirty they do business. And we went to complain but their good at twisting stories that bet theyve been doing this to people for so long. The girl lied she tells that she quoted 300 to 700 but she never really did. Coz the only quote that they gave was not the key, the quote was just for the parts that we also bought from them. They fixed it by returning just 80$ but was never happy, they charged 150 higher than the other branch, i just wished for a big karma. More
