Friendly staff. Easy to talk to. There was some delays in the delivery of my vehicle over the course of 2 days but on the 3rd day my vehicle was waiting in the showroom for me and the There was some delays in the delivery of my vehicle over the course of 2 days but on the 3rd day my vehicle was waiting in the showroom for me and they did everything they could to make it exactly the way I wanted it before I drove out. I enjoyed my time with the staff, they were all very friendly and easy to talk to. I was given a generous trade in value for my old vehicle and was compensated for the delays during the delivery of my new vehicle. I’m very happy with my new 2018 Escape Titanium and look forward to taking my vehicle back to them for my first oil change. Thank you to all the staff who dealt with me and made sure I was fully satisfied in the end! More

It was a quick, smooth-flowing sale Andrea was very perceptive. We told him what we want and how much we can afford and he came up with the best options. He spent time showing and telling us the things that we would actually need for the truck without rushing you or pressuring you. Salar was the last person we got to work with in this branch and this guy is like your favourite buddy in college that you always look forward to meeting. He tells you all the things that will make sure you and your precious truck will be covered, and that is most important thing. Disorganized and Inefficient! We recently purchased a used truck from Vickar Ford. We are happy with the truck and think the price was fair however our buying experience left ALOT We recently purchased a used truck from Vickar Ford. We are happy with the truck and think the price was fair however our buying experience left ALOT to be desired. Before we decided on the truck, the Sales Manager said they would be replacing all the tires ... we didn't know this would come with a catch. When negotiating the price, the was a nearly $800 charge for a Tire and Rim Protection plan. We said we didn't want it, we've NEVER blown a tire and if we did, we could replace it for $200. They said it wasn't optional so we made a final offer that included the charge. The tire charge was crossed off and our final offer was written on the white paper that we initialed. We paid a deposit and were taken to the Finance Manager whose priority was to convince us not pay cash ... 'why would you do that??'. We left with no paperwork, just a number written on the back of a business card after asking twice so that we would know the amount for the bank draft. That evening, I was unable to reconcile their price against our offer so I called the Dealership and found that the tire charge was still included. Back to the Sales Manager to renegotiate the price ... we had to come up a little or walk away. Disappointing and avoidable if they had simply provided a written offer document ... we would have noticed the misunderstanding before leaving the Dealership. We paid the deposit on a Tuesday. They said they would try to have the truck safetied and tires replaced by Friday or Saturday. Manager confirmed during the Wednesday call that it was 'looking good'. Husband went to Dealership on Saturday and found the truck was on a hoist, finally being serviced and safetied. Disappointing but okay since they hadn't 'guaranteed' a ready date. On Monday, they called to say the truck was ready. We said we'd be in after 1pm the next day. On Tuesday, about 1:30 we head to the Dealership. The truck wasn't ready ... the Salesman still needed to wash it and gas it up ... REALLY?? We're told to come back in an hour. A couple hours later, we head back to the Dealership. Truck is finally ready, great, leave hubby there to pay. He asks if there's a second set of keys ... yes, but Salesman has to find them ... sigh. Now he just has to pay and get out of there ... nope ... we have to see the Finance Manager again but he's on the phone ... 'do you have an appointment?'. NO ONE TOLD US TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER!!!! After waiting quite a while and finally barging in on the guy who was still talking on the phone, a little blowup, and some cooling off time, he agreed to see 'squeeze hubby in' in 20 more minutes. All this to pay cash and take a vehicle off their lot!!! My husband considered walking away from the truck but didn't want to start looking again. Unnecessary frustration and nearly a lost sale due to poor processes. Could be fixed with a simple checklist including keys, washes, gas, etc. before notifying the customer. And they definitely need to inform customers that an appointment with the Finance Manager is necessary to complete the sale and pick up the vehicle. More
