My most recent visit to Knight Ford was primarily to address an issue with a notation on my dash display that caused concern and needed to be addressed. When I arrived at the dealership, I was once again greeted promptly and professionally and offered a ride home or wherever I needed to go. I received a call and a text later that day and was offered transportation to return. After leaving with my Escape, I noticed immediately that vehicle was operating in electric mode much longer than before. Even now I tell others about a great experience and a job well done. I am proud to say that I believe my lease of a 2021 Escape Hybrid was a great choice and I have no complaints as of now. I'm once again proud to tell others what I drive and where I dealt to bring me this satisfaction in obtaining a new vehicle with 100% satisfaction over all aspects of my deal and the service I have received after the sale. I have no doubt about where to go for service and where to make my next new vehicle purchase. More

A family member recently was trying to deal on a used car at Moose Jaw. The financing was outrageous, so he opted to just pay cash. The total price was $21,673.08, so he offered to write a cheque for $21,000 at Moose Jaw. The financing was outrageous, so he opted to just pay cash. While he was out of the office checking, the GM came in and asked where my relative was from. Then the GM says do you know "The Smith Family?" Of course my relative says yes. The GM then goes on to say oh they buy all their new vehicles here, the entire 3 genertions of them, in fact we go out once and year with pizza for them. But do you think they would drop the cash price to $21,000? Not a chance. In fact he was required to even pay the .08 cents. Sealed the deal for me. I will never darken their door for service or for a New-To-Me used car! More

I met Don Dornbrack a year ago when we brought in our vehicle for a service job. Saw Don and told him what I was interested in and specific colour choice. The colour was important to me. A week ago I received an email, so being curious I checked out the Ford Bronco's. Saw one that I was interested in and gave Don a call. We met with him, took the vehicle for a test drive and then we did purchase it. Don was very nice to deal with and friendly. He was not your aggressive salesmen. Which we liked from the beginning. Don also sent me an email with videos about the vehicle and an text message on how I was liking the Bronco. I felt this was a nice and concerning gesture. We have had the Bronco for 4 days now and I am very happy that I purchased it and Don was a great person to deal with. Thank you. More
