Everything fell into place as it always does with Knight Ford, everyone doing their job with so much efficiency and friendliness. That’s where we felt Michelle worked above and beyond. Things were running a bit late and we watched as she handled customers, phone calls, employees, you name it, she did everything with a laugh and a smile, took time for each one, making them feel their business was important. We learned the problem was someone called in sick so they were short the person who covers the lunch breaks etc., but her way of handling a tough situation seemed to put everyone at ease and we all went home feeling well looked after. We just want to give this young lady the credit she deserves, job well done Michelle, have no idea how you were so organized and handled everything so well! More
