After telling him what I was really looking for to have in my new truck, he exactly knew what he had that best matched my options. He showed me a Blue Ram 1500 Laramie and the minute I saw it I fell in love with it. After shopping online for a truck I knew the prices and Sirous by far beat any other dealers prices out there. Peter is professional, and very knowledgeable on the vehicles he is selling. His demeanor is wonderful, and he answered every question we had, and we had many, as we basically looked at 5 or 6 different vehicles. We settled on a brand new Grand Caravan. We know it is his job, but it still was satisfying to watch him walk us through all of the features that the car has. He even paired my wife\s cellphone. If you do visit this dealership, ask for Peter, you won't be sorry. More

Bought a New Eco Diesel 1500 Dodge Ram, We went into the Vaughn Chrysler Dealership and put a deposit down on a truck that we loved and wanted to purchase. When we went back to do the financ We went into the Vaughn Chrysler Dealership and put a deposit down on a truck that we loved and wanted to purchase. When we went back to do the financials.......the truck we had put the deposit down on was gone. (they sold it.) We were not happy, we ended up buying an2016 eco diesel Dodge Ram. It was a beautiful Truck only the first few months of owning it we starting having engine problems. The turbo shut down, while driving, we lost all power and had to limp it to the nearest dealership to be serviced. Then a month later, it happened again, Then, They heard clunking in the engine........it was the starter, they put a new starter in the New 2016 Diesel., and the problems continued on and on. When contacting the dealership they did nothing. Everyone just passed the buck, I contacted Chrysler Canada, OmViC, The leasing company........the truck was still under warranty. No one did anything, then while getting the truck serviced once again at another dealership (the four wheel drive system) a random sales rep asked us how we were doing. I told her about about our nightmare, and she said do you want to get rid of it............I SAID xxxx YA, PLEASE TELL ME HOW. Thank God, we traded it in at that dealership, For another New Gas Dodge Ram Truck and took a Hugh financial loss on the trade but we are so happy to be rid of the lemon that no one wanted to acknowledge. Now I feel soooooo sorry for the next owner of that truck. Buyer Beware..........Read what your signing, and always get a warranty, because once you drive off that lot.................your on your own. It will cost you big to get out of a bad deal. More
