Extra special....surprisingly refreshing! I came into the dealership simply looking around. I was greeted by a few sales people as I walked right past the front desk. I heard some back round I came into the dealership simply looking around. I was greeted by a few sales people as I walked right past the front desk. I heard some back round noise that I found quite entertaining....two sales people arguing over some paper work over a sale. This is a busy dealership as I have been here many years ago as I use to own a Jeep. It is the Grand Central Station of Chrysler dealerships. I simply wasn’t in the mood for a fast talking salesman. Instead I met Adam. He was refreshing in his approach as he seen me drooling over the sexy SRT Challenger/Charger. He made a joke and made me laugh. We starting talking like two friends admiring a beautiful car. I wasn’t even sure he was a salesmen as he seemed just as interested as I was in the car until he offered me a coffee as he introduced himself. Never once did I feel uncomfortable. He guided me through the sale with expertise and above normal service...no pressure or akwardness...he was genuine, respectful, and as nice as I have ever seen a salesmen. I am 50 years old and have had many experiences buying cars new and used. Adam is not your regular salesman! He is quiet, yet witty and he listens and responds authentically! This makes him awesome. If this dealership was mine I would have him training the new guys and retraining the veterans. I would take care of this guy Vaughan Chrysler or you will lose him. He is the best I have ever seen!
