I am writting this review to express my disappointment in dealing with Dmitri at Vaughn Chrysler, I leased a Jeep srt and the process was initially great with the people I dealt with, I purchased the Jeep af dealing with Dmitri at Vaughn Chrysler, I leased a Jeep srt and the process was initially great with the people I dealt with, I purchased the Jeep after about 8 months of having it and had to deal with Dmitri, the lack of customer service was unbelievable, made me deal directly with the leasing company to request the Lien release letter, where even they were a bit surprised as I purchased the vehicle from Vaughn Chrysler. I called several times for clarification and asked if he can send the lien release letter to me and in short he said it wasn’t his problem, it was mine as he did his part by sending the leasing company the cheque. Not impressed! More

I brought my Fiat 124 Abarth in for service. Heather greeted me and as the saying goes- she had me at hello. She confirmed my appointment and the service I required. She asked if there was anything else greeted me and as the saying goes- she had me at hello. She confirmed my appointment and the service I required. She asked if there was anything else she could help with. She then proceeded to set me up at a free desk in the showroom where I was able to work while the service was performed. Once completed she notified me and handed me all the paperwork. The experience was seamless. Heather was polite, patient and professional. She smiled and exuded genuine care for me and my vehicle. Worst experience ever, when you are buying tons smiles, bought 2020 Ram Diesel longhorn, since February 15 has at least 8 visits for mechanical issues related with check engine, in three months truck been bought 2020 Ram Diesel longhorn, since February 15 has at least 8 visits for mechanical issues related with check engine, in three months truck been on service at least month and half, they don't know what problem come from, they change a lot of sensor,piping, power train unit, basically I'm alone on this situation. Service is not our problem. Sales is not our problem, FCA, we are committed to fix the car until warranty is active, truck has only 28000 kms. Felt scammed, tricked with a 90000 Dollars truck useless. More
