Absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a used vehicle which required no financing. I have left endless messages for Anthony with nothing but broken promises of call being returned to confir used vehicle which required no financing. I had also left message to confirm Tire sizes as I wanted to purchase snow tires with rims for vehicle, in my opinion lost revenue. Dilawri Group of Company should revisit there Customer Experience and Values or train and remind there staff of them!! This experience has given me anxiety. I have been in the service industry for over 40 years, COMMUNICATION, INTEGRITY or core values which made me successfull! I would not recommend purchasing from Anthony! More

Our car was written off and we needed to find a new vehicle as soon as possible. I contacted Vaughan Chrysler and Jake Aghaian called me and discussed what we were looking for, suggested several vehicle options, totally sold me on a Ram with no pressure. It was exciting and he worked with me through the whole process. Daina Miller took care of the sales details and even saved me a trip to a tech store for my Dash Cam. The next day I met with them in person and the whole feeling in the dealership was an air of friendliness and caring. It is, hands-down, the best car buying experience I have had!
