Good review My review is relatively good .we bought and installed tires..... The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I shopped around . At Costco for the EXACT same tires they were 849 dollars installed with free tire repair and rotation . At varsity we got the deal 2 free tires . After 10 oil changes .... 10 oil changes which isn't cheap and after 10 oil changes still you get these tires ..With NO flat repair or rotation with it still costing 714 dollars ... To me that is not two free tires ... We would have went with Costco but 130 dollars savings is enough to get them at varsity . In my view your shop could have done way better with pricing.. truly disappointed . More

Incredibly poor service - Less than 1!! Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with a dealership. 2 years ago my husband and I brought in our 2011 Ram and Less than 1!! Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with a dealership. 2 years ago my husband and I brought in our 2011 Ram and 2011 Caravan -traded for a 2013 Ram and 2013 dart on the same Saturday afternoon.. This is were is all began... * shortly after my husband had Varsity's 'Chrysler certified techs' install after market rims and ties we started to notice a bad vibration - 9, count em 9 studs were broken!!!! They tried to blame us saying we provided the wheels and nuts ( they were off of our 2011 Ram). The neglected to tell us that the 2011 and 2013's were different sizes and that they didn't fit properly..not tightening and causing us a nearly catastrophic accident!! Then they tried to tell us we were responsible for all of the fees associated with replacing the parts.. $4000 later after a slight discount on new rims and tires we had the truck back. * they offered to get the one older rim repaired that had been damaged because of their 'Chrysler certified techs' but low and behold we never got it back! It was lost - forever, and the replacement they tried to order wasn't even matching the other 3!!! Another $1000 down the drain beacuse what can you do with 3 rims?? * about 2 months into my ownership of the dart a rock hit and cracked the windshield - i went through varsity to replace the windshield and whomever they sent my car to.. tried to cover the body damage they did with grease! I noticed and told them right away - the fix.. 'who ever' the had fix it used scratch paint to 'repair' the damage. I took it back again and they had to repaint the entire roof, at 2 months old!! * took my car in last winter because of a terrible sound in the steering in cold weather - they couldn't 'replicate' the sound.. after going a year with out finding the cause I did my own investigating on line and found the exact cause and fix. I took the printed out version to the shop with the car and they finally fixed it! Imagine that...They should have paid me to do the investigation because clearly they were useless. * About a year ago the touch screen completely went black. I had no control over the heat (stuck on high at full blast) or the volume, Ac - nothing. They replaced it but broke every single clip that was holding my dash together back again today for the same issue with an appointment and they cant tell me what I already know until 4 pm. Their last shuttle run is 4:15 and I work until 5.... so i either miss 45 min of work meanwhile hoping that they can call me back between 4 and 4:15 with a cause and estimated fix and get me scheduled for a pick up or... I take a cab. Why the xxxx would your last shuttle run be at 4:15pm??? I will never - ever - ever set a foot in that dealership ever again. Very poor service, no words can describe how mad I am - i am just incredibly disappointed. More

This is what I noticed in this dealership: - Relaxed & friendly environment - No high pressure sales or gimmicks - Very helpful, treated me well, with extra efforts on customer satisfaction - Gave me a quick training on the latest features on the car - Had the car ready for pickup on the date as agreed When the time comes to buy another car I will go to this dealership again. I have no hesitation to recommend this location. More
