Make sure you check over your new vehicle before leaving. I went in to take a look at the rebel and found my new truck just not in the right colour. Alex was great to deal with, I would recommend him to anyon I went in to take a look at the rebel and found my new truck just not in the right colour. Alex was great to deal with, I would recommend him to anyone. Ronnie was also great. He review all the add ons dealers like to sell. Once my new truck came in he had a look at it and told me I didn't need the add ons as some of them were pointless with the style of the truck. When to go pick up my truck and had a look at the paint not make sure there were no paint defects which there were none. About 2 weeks after picking up the truck I took it to the car wash and that's when I noticed my bumper wasn't level to my tail gate. It was 1/2" out and was really noticeable and the front bumper was out as well. I wrote a email and got a response right away. See how it was just before Christmas we decided to leave it till after the holidays. This is were it went down hill. I received a call from the body shop to bring it in and have a look. They scheduled me to come in at 1. I showed up at 1 and the only guy I could deal with was still on lunch. He final showed up at 1:30 but another gentleman grabed him as he was waiting as well. When he returned we went out to look at my truck. We went back into the shop were he told me it would take a few hours to fix and told me I could set up a appointment and the shuttle would drop me off at work. That wouldn't work for me as I need a vehicle for work. After explaining this to him for about 5 mins he final agreed to let me use the body shop vehicle. Went to go book the appointment and the girl who books the appointments was now on lunch. He said someone would call me to set it up. 2 weeks went by and I received no phone call. I had my buddy who works for a dealer ship notice the the hood, drivers side doors and tail gate need to be adjusted as well. I wrote another email about this and they called me to bring my truck in to take a look at it again. I took my truck in and he looked over it again. I mentioned the when the bumper gets levelled out the exhaust would need to be leveled out as well. We set the appointment up and I dropped it off. When I went to go pick it up we went over the adjustments that were made. They said they couldn't adjust the tailgate but everything else was done but I couldn't stand back and look at it as it was jammed into a parking spot. The rear bumper is still out of level just not as much or its could be that the tail gate isn't adjusted. I've looked at 15 other Rams a there tail gates are perfect. My exhaust are now out of level as well. I've received no follow up phone calls after it was fixed and I'm sick of wasting my time to go there to have them look at my truck. When you pick up your new vehicle make sure you inspect everything on it or your be wasting time to have them look at it. More

The one problem I had was with the actual delivery of the truck had an error message still present on my display and the error message seemed to get more urgent on the following day.
