Service Department Scam I had my 2010 Passat Wagon in for service January 26th and the service advisor stated to me that I had an oil leak coming from my timing cover and tha I had my 2010 Passat Wagon in for service January 26th and the service advisor stated to me that I had an oil leak coming from my timing cover and that I need $2000 worth of work to fix it by replacing the gasket and some parts. This leak was first reported to me when I had the car in for service in the Fall of 2016. I looked for an oil leak at that time but could not find one. I only could see oil residue. After the service advisor showed me pictures of what looked to be a severe oil leak I took the car to another mechanic that services VW's for a second opinion and they found no oil leak. In fact they did a scan of the area where the the leak is supposed to be coming from the time chain cover and there was no oil leaking, just normal oil residue. I cannot trust this dealership any further with doing service on my car. I also question other major services I had done with them that maybe were not required. More

The shuttle service (within Vancouver city limits) works really well for drop off and pick ups (be sure to give them a heads up and book ahead). The valet and car wash is excellent as well. Overall great experience each time so I highly recommend them. More
Terrible customer service I contacted this dealership in August to book a corrosion warranty inspection. Was told to complete the online form and that I'd be contacted shortly I contacted this dealership in August to book a corrosion warranty inspection. Was told to complete the online form and that I'd be contacted shortly afterwards to book an appointment. Filled out the form and waited a few weeks without hearing anything. Called the dealership and left a message with their warranty rep. Another week went by. Called again and left another message. Received an email response basically refusing to book me in because they had a large waiting list. I asked why I couldn't be added to the list. Never heard a response back. Emailed again a month later to follow up and see if I could get booked in or at least added to their waiting list. NEVER HEARD BACK! What kind of customer service is that? If that's how they treat their customers they I will never bring my car to this dealership for service, nor will I consider them when purchasing a new car. More

Hassle free experience This is the second vehicle purchased within 6 months from Will. He was easy going, answered all my questions and made the experience pain free. Efficient, pleasant, cost-saving buying experience It's hard to get those three words all in the same sentence when buying a car. I think Osward and his sales manager deserve it. No pressure and none of throwing random numbers. I have been to 5 dealerships in lower mainland and I got both value and good experience. I would recommend Osward and his team even if you live outside Lower mainland. I strongly believe it will be worth a trip. ( I bought a 2017 Golf R and traded in my Honda Accord. Still waiting due to its rarity. Counting days.... ) More
