I was left guessing the entire time what was going on with my car... very poor communication and confusing process. When I went to pick up my car there was damage on the doors and a scuff mark on the driver side handle, an additional 300km's somehow..... my truck items were thrown in my back seat with total disregard for the leather, they blew a tire somehow and just tossed the jack in the truck without putting it away, my gas light was on when I picked it up, the car wasn't cleaned or vacuumed...and the car still doesn't seem to be running right to top it all off. Who knows, the sales side may be alright but I would defiantly not recommend taking your car here for service!!!... Just sayin. More

Not serviced my car there ever again, after the first experience sucked. Slow, unresponsive, laissez faire attitude in most staff. Don't buy a VW. More

SUPERB! My new GTI Autobahn - Black Pearl 5 dr; 6 speed manual transmission; the only way to feel the drive - great car! I fell in love with it within minutes My new GTI Autobahn - Black Pearl 5 dr; 6 speed manual transmission; the only way to feel the drive - great car! I fell in love with it within minutes of test driving; handles beautifully - smooth transmission and plenty of pep - more HP than most pickup trucks! Tricia got the car I wanted to test drive; arranged for Thomas to meet with me Wednesday - Auto Show precluded Thomas' availability; Devon took over, but occupied when I was late for appt; Mike took me out and he was great - some car salesman xxxx near pee their pants when a woman asks to test drive a standard transmission - not Mike, he was calm, relaxed and appeared to enjoy the ride; met with Keith, asked Mike & Keith to put that baby in a safe place because I was coming back for her on Friday! I did, met with Thomas, made the sale, Cindy sealed the deal & completed the paperwork - I returned 2 hours later; arranged the insurance thru Rand & Fowler Autoplan Brokers. Thomas & Patrick affixed the plates; I transferred my 'stuff' and away I went. ZOOM-ZOOM has nothing on this GTI Autobahn - IT PURRS LIKE A CHEETAH!! My previous car was a GTI 1.8T and I thought it was so great that I kept it over 14 years! The 2017 GTI has incorporated 14+ years of technology - I love it! I've purchased new cars several times previously and never have I had such a positive, good experience - all the staff at Clarkdale from the first contact with the receptionist through to the final prep to get me on my way; great group of people who obviously enjoy working together because they cover one another with ease, and function like a well-oiled machine or should I say GTI! See you on the road, as I pass you!!Superb More

The staff we dealt with good to work with from Andy who handled our trade in, to Cyndy who cheerfully took our money and explained warranties etc to us and then on to Patrick who explained the ins and outs of the car before we left the dealership. All my questions where answered, I felt confident when I made the purchase, that I had and have a team of people that care. For me that is important, if i don't understand anything in my new vehicle, I can drive up or pick up the phone, and I will be greeted with a friendly atmosphere , where they will take the time to help. Thank you Mike, for the ride in my new car, it really helped me make my decision. More
Service Department Scam I had my 2010 Passat Wagon in for service January 26th and the service advisor stated to me that I had an oil leak coming from my timing cover and tha I had my 2010 Passat Wagon in for service January 26th and the service advisor stated to me that I had an oil leak coming from my timing cover and that I need $2000 worth of work to fix it by replacing the gasket and some parts. This leak was first reported to me when I had the car in for service in the Fall of 2016. I looked for an oil leak at that time but could not find one. I only could see oil residue. After the service advisor showed me pictures of what looked to be a severe oil leak I took the car to another mechanic that services VW's for a second opinion and they found no oil leak. In fact they did a scan of the area where the the leak is supposed to be coming from the time chain cover and there was no oil leaking, just normal oil residue. I cannot trust this dealership any further with doing service on my car. I also question other major services I had done with them that maybe were not required. More

They have a great lounge waiting area and the wait itself is usually not very l I am very pleased with the friendly customer service at this location. The shuttle service (within Vancouver city limits) works really well for drop off and pick ups (be sure to give them a heads up and book ahead). The valet and car wash is excellent as well. Overall great experience each time so I highly recommend them. More
