Quick, Thorough, and Professional I was greeted by the sales agent, Sia Zamzam, after I had changed the scheduled time twice, and that on a weekend. He introduced me to the Delivery Specialist, Andy Gee, who educated me in all the new car operations and options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as there were several components I was unfamiliar with. Both men offered their business cards and urged me to call if I had any questions. The Financial part of the process went well and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly as it was a buy-back and new EV sale package, more complicated and convoluted than a simple new car buy. The dealership was helpful in all aspects even carrying out the tire swap with my current TDI. I am happy to report I had a positive purchasing process with all the staff of Clarkdale Motors and will certainly recommend them to friends and family members in the future. More

Clarkdale is right on it. I just bought a pre-owned 2015 Jetta TDI from Clarkdale. A nice car. The sales depth were great. They even offered to pick me up at the airport. Patrick gave me a very complete introduction to the car and I drove it away. But it had a door lock fault so I went right back. The service dept was right on it and had it fixed in a short time. I think they were a little embarassed that they hadn't noticed the problem because they do a thorough check. They even offered to buy me lunch. That's the way to run a business. More

Good service Hi ... the only thing i was disappointed about was that i requested that when my car came in that the front plate wouldn't be drilled out. I asked if Hi ... the only thing i was disappointed about was that i requested that when my car came in that the front plate wouldn't be drilled out. I asked if there was another alltrack in tungsten that they could swap out the front bumper.... was told that they didn't have one. Unfortunately the salesman that ordered that car for me left to Audi before i received the car and didn't leave my request. Now i have a rather expensive proper fill and respray of the whole front bumper or a half good fill and fade in bumper job. This would a cost that i would expect VW could pay for seeing as i special ordered and payed in full. I also didn't want plastic rim protectors.... They waved the cost but i will be coming in to get the uninstalled. At no charge i hope. Other than that the car is great and Andy Gee was a pro on setting me up. More
