I made a visit and initial inquiry re. the purchase of a VW Tiguan in November 2010. I was impressed with the showroom and the vehicles on display. I was greeted by Sara Nowak who was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions re. the Tiguan and pointed out features I was not fully aware of. There was no pressure and I pointed out that I was not ready to make a purchase at the time. My wife and I returned to Clarkdale on our return from an Australian holiday at the end of March. I sought out Sara Nowak. She immediately recognized me and she was extremely helpful in pointing out features of the vehicle to my wife and I and making us fully aware of the differences between the three levels of Tiguan and the packages available. We were thus in a position to be able to make an informed decision as to which vehicle we wanted. There was no pressure to have me sign any bill of sale. I was made aware of the $2 000 manufacturers rebate available at the time. I returned the next day and negotiated a price for the purchase of a new Tiguan Highline with the technology package. I was very happy with the terms of the agreement. I was also impressed with the dealings I had with Christina in the Financial department. I made an initial deposit with the agreement I would finalize everything on my next visit to Vancouver (We live in Powell River, BC). I was in constant touch with Sara via e-mail and any questions I had were answered swiftly and to my satisfaction. I returned to Clarkdale on Friday, April, completed the purchase, and took possession of my new Tiguan. Sara went to great lengths to familiarize me with the array of features that the vehicle has and was in no rush to send me on my way. I drove home to Powell River that day very happy with my new vehicle and the service I had received. I would certainly recommend Clarkdale Motors. More

I came in looking to buy a brand new 2011 VW Jetta Sportline. Dealt with Bob G. and he was great throughout the entire process. He's been very helpful after the buying process as well. The car had a few scratches on the front bumper, but both Bob and Todd agreed to fix it and took care of it. Christina and Cyndy were great to deal with at the business office. All in all, I'd have to say my first car buying experience was a great one, thanks to the staff at Clarkdale. Definitely recommend them! As I did to my friend who bought a 2011 Jetta Highline of his own a month after me :) More

I saw a car I really loved online, I decided to make an appointment with Volkswagen to go check it out. I was nervous to go through the whole car buying thing again. I am already thinking of getting another vehicle there - I bought the TDI Jetta and the mileage is unbelievably amazing!!! My only regret is not buying this car sooner to take advantage of the fuel savings!!! More

We found out after paying for the car that it was charged as an extra. The initial information was misleading. Had she gone over the purchase agreement with us before signing, we would have picked it up at that time. Kristina was good about resolving the issue with a rebate to us of the floor mat cost. Michal was not well informed, post delivery, when she was explaining the various systems in the new car. Suggest more or better training would be helpful in both situations. More
