These folks at Clarkdale Volkswagen changed my perception of car dealerships. Instead of being pushy salespeople, Adam and Rob greeted me and my wife, then let us take our time to freely roam the showroom checking out the cars we have in mind. They ended up had three test drives with us because we also brought a friend that knows cars very well with us. Rob was very polite and patient with us, answering nicely whatever questions we threw at him. We ended up buying a new 2014 Tiguan. Of course Rob would very much like to close the deal with us but the way he did it was more like a friend trying to get us what we wanted, standing on our side. Price negotiation went very smoothly. At upstairs Cyndy dealt with our financing paperwork in a concise but not overly simplified way that you did not know what you signed on. Last but not the least Carly showed us to our car that was prepped during the paperwork time and explained the features and functions of everything we could see from the driver's seat. She had a great personality and for sure she knew more than what she was talking about. In short we had an excellent buying experience with Clarkdale and we certainly will recommend this dealership to whoever wants to drive home a Volkswagen. More

Purchasing car from William Hall Will was an atypical salesman-he didn't hustle you into the car (Jetta 2012 TDI) for quick test drive. Nor did he overplay the attributes of the model we were looking at. Instead he respected our wishes and let us choose the car of our choice without overt salesmanship but with an attentive professional to what we really wanted. He didn't overreach with promises, instead he gave us the straight goods on the likely previous ownership and undertook to make the trade-in and all its assorted baggage a clean, quick transaction. He was aware of what we wanted and rather than sell us what he thought would best meet our requirements, he carefully listened to us and let us decide-a skill we respected. The after purchase quality was equally professional from the finance types that took our money and set up the required warranties (Christine Duncan), to the gentleman that handled the license plate and insurance details. All-in-all a most pleasant of times, in what might normally be a real tedious boring process. More

Since I don't know a whole lot about cars I knew I needed someone who would not take advantage of my inexperience, and I found that in Jason and the Clarkdale team. I've wanted a Jetta since I was 16, but I had no idea when I finally found one that the car and the overall experience of buying it would make me so happy. Jason is wonderful. I wish everyone buying a car could have him in their corner. If you are a first time buyer or just want to upgrade, Jason is your guy. He will take great care of you based on your individual need. Christina Duncan & Cyndy Stone also made me feel at ease when setting up my loan. They were friendly and patient explaining everything I needed to know. Christina helped me through the details of the purchase in a way I would understand, and explained what each cost was for so I knew I was getting my moneys worth. She helped make the boring paperwork part quick and easy! Carly showed me how to use my new car so that I knew all the tricks and qualities it had to offer. She set me up with sirius radio, and I was sent a gift in the mail after a few weeks. He took me out on a range of cars, multiple times, and even came in last minute when I showed up unexpectedly on his day off - he was there in his VW shirt before I could finish my coffee. At one point in this 10 day period, I was interested in getting a standard, and he took the time to explain exactly how you drive it, and how the clutch worked, as well as offered to teach me in a car from the dealership. When we finally narrowed it down to what car I wanted, he took me out in different colours and interior packages. Will was the best, he was friendly, patient, extremely helpful and always available. He even dealt with a range of family members who had varying opinions, took all of us out in the cars, and made sure I got the exact car I wanted. We actually came to an agreement at 10pm over the phone - what a guy. Other employees that were so kind were Carly Broetz, Mike Hahn, and Leo. Carly got my car all set up for me as we bonded over country music, and Mike actually took my car and buffed out a small scratch I got (within the first week of getting the car) for free. Leo was incredible with insurance, explained everything to me, got me a great license plate and made sure I was getting the coverage i needed. All in all, a great team of people to go to if you're looking to get a Volkswagen. Not only do I have a great car in my driveway, but a great experience to remember. They made this process extremely enjoyable. More

Made the transaction easy I went to check price and inventory to replace my 2009 Tiguan with a new 2014 Tiguan (same colour - love silver cars) and found the model I wanted, at I went to check price and inventory to replace my 2009 Tiguan with a new 2014 Tiguan (same colour - love silver cars) and found the model I wanted, at a price that was better than I'd expected so I bought on the spot. They hustled to get the car ready, including the trailer hitch and a couple hours later I was driving away. Everyone there was so positive and friendly. I have the impression that they know their jobs well, and really want to wow the customer. Mike Hahn was a great sales guy and Carly Broetz made driving it away easy and actually fun. More

New solar system!! The bluetooth talks to my phone! From my first contact with Mark test driving the car, working through Christina on financing (all that paper!!) and finally having Carly introduce me to :how things work: the experience was smooth as silk. Can't say enough good things about the team and would recommend them without hesitation. All in all just a great experience start to finish! Un grand merci! More
