We decided to finance the car and were directed to the finance department. initially we thought maybe our purchase was not being handled efficiently, we soon found out that because of some issues our conditions for finance were less then good. However Christina had worked very hard to make our deal possible. She was very patient and kind to us, answering all our questions and caring for us, helping us get on the road quickly. She even delivered our co-signing papers to my uncles house on her day off !!!! All the staff were nice and helpful and gave us a great experience. On the night of our purchase all the staff stayed overtime to give us our car. Long story short, we got a great car that we love fast and easy with a great purchase experience. thank you every one who helped us . More

This is my first new car, and I went on my own (we are very busy and my husband did not come). Ladies, it was ok. If you have questions, they will answer, if you are not sure, they will make sure you are 'sure' before making you sign anything. Very professional and polite treatment. I do not like to buy or negotiate terms for a purchase, I am not good at it. Therefore, doing this on my own was not exactly in my comfort zone. But it was fine, and two months after, I am still very happy with the experience. More

The reason I only gave four stars in some of the categories is because my car was far from detailed when I left the lot at 8:30 PM after arriving at 5:00. They picked me up as I was without a vehicle and told me to expect a wait as they were having computer problems…however…still no excuse for that long of a wait and a vehicle that still had protective plastic on it and was dirty. Having said that, one of their employees told me after the walk-through to bring it back anytime for a proper detail which I really appreciated and will take them up on. If not for the pick-up day experience I would have given these folks a 5 across the board. P.S. To save yourself the inconvenience that I went through avoid picking your vehicle up on the last day of the month…not a smart thing in the automobile industry. :-) More

In addition to the showroom and the customer waiting area, I viewed the mechanics' bays and found them to be in a clean and organized condition.
