Finance department - Christina Duncan I have purchased 3 new VWs over the last 17 years. So, obviously. Love VW's. Over those years I have had regular servicing and become familiar with staff etc.. My last 2 VWs have been EOS, which I love. I have no actual complaints about the service department but I think it was run more efficiently a few years ago. My comment is regarding Christina Duncan in the finance department. When I leased the car 4 years ago Christina set up the financing - she was pleasant, professional and knowledgable. Due to an error in email address I just found out my lease would expire in two weeks and I had to pay it out, this is at a difficult time for me, I lost a few nights sleep worrying about financing the car at short notice. Today I met with Christina again, I thought I would have several days of more stress waiting for approval etc. Christina had it all arranged within hours. In fact 4-5 hours after I met with her she had the loan approved and the papers ready for me to sign. Tonight I will be able to sleep. I know she went out of her way to sort this out quickly.
