Then went for a test drive. He let me test drive both the Jetta 2.0 and the 1.8 TSI, and got both the cars ready for me. I really liked the TSI, but the payments were a bit too much for me, but Fred made sure I got a good deal and I was able to get the car I wanted. I also dealt with Cindy who made sure that I got really great coverage, and ended up getting me a really good deal! And was able to get my dream car. Fred and Cindy were both really helpful and friendly, and the overall experience was awesome. Five stars. More

From walking in the door to leaving the parking lot, i was treated as i was family. Kong, the man who found the car I ended up buying, was very helpful and honest through the whole process. What I appreciated was the fact the after the vehicle was bough he showed me all the features and how to use them in the car. Christina was the one who helped with the insurance and warranty, she also took my money in the end, she was very kind and friendly. Once all the paper work was done, Kong showed me all the staff who would help me with parts or appointments. I will definitely be coming back to Clarkdale Volkswagen. More

Missing keys during delivery - solved I purchased a 2009 Acura TSX on July 24th from Clarkdale Volkswagen. During the delivery process I noticed that their was only one key. No one mentioned that this standard item was missing. I had some problems getting the attention of Chris, the Used Cars Sales Manager. However, once Trevor Scheidl heard about the problem he called me the same day and offered to solve the problem ASAP. He agreed to contact Acura to get me a set of replacement keys. It's great to have everything resolved soon quickly. 5 starts for Trevor but 1 for Chris. So, I averaged the score. More
