What I appreciated was the fact the after the vehicle was bough he showed me all the features and how to use them in the car. Christina was the one who helped with the insurance and warranty, she also took my money in the end, she was very kind and friendly. Once all the paper work was done, Kong showed me all the staff who would help me with parts or appointments. I will definitely be coming back to Clarkdale Volkswagen. More

Missing keys during delivery - solved I purchased a 2009 Acura TSX on July 24th from Clarkdale Volkswagen. During the delivery process I noticed that their was only one key. No one mention I purchased a 2009 Acura TSX on July 24th from Clarkdale Volkswagen. During the delivery process I noticed that their was only one key. No one mentioned that this standard item was missing. I had some problems getting the attention of Chris, the Used Cars Sales Manager. However, once Trevor Scheidl heard about the problem he called me the same day and offered to solve the problem ASAP. He agreed to contact Acura to get me a set of replacement keys. It's great to have everything resolved soon quickly. 5 starts for Trevor but 1 for Chris. So, I averaged the score. More

Finance department - Christina Duncan I have purchased 3 new VWs over the last 17 years. So, obviously. Love VW's. Over those years I have had regular servicing and become familiar with I have purchased 3 new VWs over the last 17 years. So, obviously. Love VW's. Over those years I have had regular servicing and become familiar with staff etc.. My last 2 VWs have been EOS, which I love. I have no actual complaints about the service department but I think it was run more efficiently a few years ago. My comment is regarding Christina Duncan in the finance department. When I leased the car 4 years ago Christina set up the financing - she was pleasant, professional and knowledgable. Due to an error in email address I just found out my lease would expire in two weeks and I had to pay it out, this is at a difficult time for me, I lost a few nights sleep worrying about financing the car at short notice. Today I met with Christina again, I thought I would have several days of more stress waiting for approval etc. Christina had it all arranged within hours. In fact 4-5 hours after I met with her she had the loan approved and the papers ready for me to sign. Tonight I will be able to sleep. I know she went out of her way to sort this out quickly.
