As a woman, this process can be quite intimidating. You can't help but feeling like the old standards of this being a "man's purchase" haunt you. I was worried that they would profile me as a woman and try to take advantage of me, but instead I worked with other women almost the whole way and they were very upfront with me. Carly was my sales rep and she was fantastic. So friendly and personable. She was with me every step of the way. Christina worked with me to get me approved for financing and took care of all the paperwork and she was also very friendly and personable. I had fun with both of them! She provided more than I asked for, faster than I could have ever possibly imagined. She took away all of the anxiety of buying my first new car, and allowed me to simply enjoy the experience. Patrick was very thorough and attentive while settling me into my new car. Overall, the experience was far more pleasant than I could have imagined! Oh, and did I mention, the copious amount of warranties and coverages that VW provided me. For the next eight years, I don't have to worry about my car at all. Excellent job by Clarksdale Motors I really wanted to get a new Jetta, I called Volkswagen and got Fred. He was very professional and made sure that I got the car I wanted. Then went for a test drive. He let me test drive both the Jetta 2.0 and the 1.8 TSI, and got both the cars ready for me. I really liked the TSI, but the payments were a bit too much for me, but Fred made sure I got a good deal and I was able to get the car I wanted. I also dealt with Cindy who made sure that I got really great coverage, and ended up getting me a really good deal! And was able to get my dream car. Fred and Cindy were both really helpful and friendly, and the overall experience was awesome. Five stars. More
