I have never had a bad experience with this team. Their customer service is exceptional - from new sales, leasing, service and follow up. My latest experience was returning a leased vehicle and leasing a new vehicle. The process was seamless from Will the Lease Manager, through Christina, Financial Services Manager, through Noel their ICBC rep, to Patrick their vehicle delivery specialist. Each one of these folks had everything prepared for me in advance so that my time was recognized as valuable. This was very much appreciated given my very busy schedule. Each one was professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their role. I am not sure you could ask for anything in addition to what these amazing folks delivered. I have no reservations in recommending Clarkdale for a very positive buying and follow up service experience. More

Recently I brought in my SUV for a trade in and leased a 2015 Touareg from Billy Tse, who was a great guy, a solid salesman and a lot of fun to deal with. When it came to making all the numbers work, Billy, with the help of Sales manager Keith Scott really came through with the flexibility and creativity I was looking for. And of course, Christina was about as efficient as they come. Thanks Clarkdale. We love our new SUV! More

Christina Duncan who secured my sale, dealt with my questions in the sale process very well, and offered me services and savings that I was unaware I could take advantage of prior to the sale. Found one of the managers to be a bit pushy, but the rest of the staff more than compensated with their friendly, un-pressured service. More

Nightmare at Clarkdale I leased 3 VWs at Clarkdale and I will never lease another one. Reasons: 1. Clarkdale sold me the special VW car body insurance with asking me. Cos I leased 3 VWs at Clarkdale and I will never lease another one. Reasons: 1. Clarkdale sold me the special VW car body insurance with asking me. Cost: about $1400. 2. Clarkdale sold me a new tire because the old one was scratched while I hit the curb parking. I was told later by a truck driving friend it was not necessary. I scratched the tire again to my second VW and it was traded in without penalty. 3. The lighter in the third car never worked and was charged $50 for repair when the car was a few months old. So much for the warranty. 4. Left waiting at counters on many occasions while staff members standing behind the counter talking among themselves or on phones without acknowledgement of my presence. I wrote to HQ in Germany and was told they stay out of dealings their franchisees. I bought out the lease on the third car at Cowell VW in Richmond. I waited 15 minutes without an apology. I guess I am spoiled by the excellent service I get at the Royal Bank at Oakridge and at the Bay. The Beetle is basically a good car but my next car will not be a VW. The dealership deserves no stars. More

He was super helpful, spent hours with me test driving different models, and ultimately respected my space and let me make a decision in my own time. I can not overstate how important this was to my overall experience, and how comfortable I will be to recommend Clarkdale in the future.
