My new Bug! I had visited other VW dealerships and had different levels of service. When I attended Clarkdale, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable I had visited other VW dealerships and had different levels of service. When I attended Clarkdale, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable young man. Oz spent the time with me to explain many details of the car I was considering, and found me the car that other salespeople at other dealerships were unable to find. Oz was a pleasure to work won't thru the entire experience. He was professional and very engaging. I made my purchase and was told my car would be delivered within the next couple of weeks, I was bouncing off walls with excitement over my new bug convertible purchase! I was really blown away when I received a call two days later to advise me that my car was ready to be picked up! I arrived to pick up my new car and was again very impressed with the level of service I received. Patrick went over all the bells and whistles, helped me link my phone and even cleaned my license plates!! At the end of the day, I have a VW dealer within 1 km of my home, but due to Oz's and Patrick's level of service, I have no problem driving the 25k to Clarkdale. I would recommend Oz and Clarkdale without a doubt to friend or family looking for a new VW. I love my new Bug!! More
