Very un truthful and not trusting, they make you feel they are helping you, but in truth they are lieing to you go elsewhere for better customer service. I was told the service teach was looking up an price on bets, but instead was moving cars around, then told me they would call me at 1:00 pm to let me know what time to bring my truck in, but by 3:00 pm still no call, I got a hold of the service teak and he said he can't help me or my truck for 4 days, so if he had good customer service skills he would have called me and I would have had time to go elsewhere.
