Upon acceptance, I went in fairly late in the evening to make the deposit. Ray was still there, well after he was supposed to be finished (and it was on his birthday yet!). On picking up the vehicle, Ray made sure the tires were pressurized, the tank full of fuel, OnStar was initialized, and that I had all my questions answered.
