Now the service department is well HORRIBLE.Make sure you get estimate in writing and signed and hae a witness sign and who ever else because they will rip you a new one.They will charge you for stuff you dont need, they will do repairs with out consent and they wont repair stuff under warranty and ever say they did. My truck is under warranty and they won’t cover a part that needs to be replaced even though I spoke with the FCA and they told me it is covered under warranty. I spoke with the manager and they have no answer as to why it is not covered. I asked the manager why they didn’t catch that the part needed to be replaced when I went for an oil change a few weeks ago because I had to bring it to their attention. He told me I need to speak to his employee myself about it and he has no idea. They are giving me the run around and trying to screw me over. Not happy at all with this dealership and I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here ! More
Horrible customer service and work Sent me home with 2 "separated tires" after doing a wheel balance and wheel alignment on a Thursday. Written estimates? Unauthorized work? Not sure whats going on in this service shop. Might be how they treat all customers, or just those that are from out of town. Our experience We stopped by Twin Motors to look at Jeeps, which we had decided to purchase after searching for sometime on what we wanted to drive next. Shortly af We stopped by Twin Motors to look at Jeeps, which we had decided to purchase after searching for sometime on what we wanted to drive next. Shortly after entering the lot, we were met by Todd, Sales Manager. Todd established right away what we were looking for in options, by asking the right questions. He guided us to the right Jeep for us, and we took it for a test drive. We left the dealership that day without buying, as we wanted to discuss our potential purchase. Todd was very understanding and did not pressure us in anyway, despite being the end of the month when dealers want to close a month with higher sales. Todd contacted us the following day, so we returned to their Tent Event and took the Jeep for a second run. We purchased the Wrangler, and couldn't be happier for what we want to drive at this point in our lives. Todd's knowledge, experience and non-pressured sales approach made this purchase a delightful experience. Todd, thanks for everything; Ingrid love her Jeep! Farrell & Ingrid More
