Immediately Russell (Hermann) came out of his office to great us. He was very genial and made us feel comfortable right away. He talked to both of us (not just my husband like some salespeople do!!!). He was extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps and knew our needs immediately. He easily overcame all objections. Had the vehicle cleaned . Showed us the sunroof drainage system and how we could check it to make sure it never leaked. I had conceerns about that. My husband had questions about putting a towing package on the Jeep and Russell had answers. We were very pleased to deal with him and I would recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking for a good solid vehicle. I LOVE driving my Jeep!!!! More
