I recently paid a visit to Tri City Mitsubishi's parts department. I has helped by Mike. He was very helpful getting me the right wiper blade replacements for my Outlander PHEV. Being a senior citizen he department. I has helped by Mike. He was very helpful getting me the right wiper blade replacements for my Outlander PHEV. Being a senior citizen he offered to show me how to change the blades so we went out to the car and he showed me how to remove the blades. We then went back into the parts area and he said he wasn't busy so he offered to swap over the blades for me. I think this was really great service. I will be back soon for a maintenance call.
