I have never before dealt with a salesperson (Nicole Levasseur) who was so pleasant to deal with, so informed about the automobile I was interested in, and who immediately answered all of my many questions with obvious expertise, authority, and honesty. It is a pity that there are not more salespeople in the Automotive Industry like this very obviously qualified person. I was looking at the RAV4 Toyota and the CRV Honda for my wife to replace her Honda Accord. These are very comparable vehicles. But we were convinced, based on my previous experiences with Toyota, and this very impressive salesperson to go with the RAV4. Sincerely W. Almost immediately after having stepped onto the lot of ToyotaTown, Nicole Levasseur had came out of the building and greeted us very politely, and asked if there was anything she could help with. She took us around the lot and showed us several vehicles that fit our description in terms of size, year, kilometers, and price range. She then gave us a tour of three vehicles that we said we were very interested in seeing. When we said we were very interested in seeing a 2012 Toyota Corolla, she gave us a set of keys so we could have a test drive. Nicole was very friendly and helpful when answering our many questions, as we had not purchased a vehicle in well over 8 years, and did not quite understand the complex and lengthy process. (which was made clear and short with her help). We ended up purchasing the 2012 Toyota Corolla and a 10 year vehicle maintenance package. Nicole was very patient during the entire process and encouraged us to ask questions as we felt necessary. This dealership is outstanding, and Nicole made this daunting process for a single mother very smooth and enjoyable. More

Went in to Toyota Town to purchase my very first brand new car and I could not be happier! Jason is very knowledgable and walked me through everything about the car, from under the hood to the trunk, show new car and I could not be happier! i have been shopping for a used and economical vehicle for about two weeks. Finally after meeting Sean Mcrae at Toyota Town, i purchased a 2010 Corolla S, i have been driving it since and couldn't be ha for about two weeks. We saw an ad for a used vehicle that we were interested in, for sale at Toyotatown. My husband just "wanted to look" and wasn't sure if he could get much for the vehicle he had to trade in. Someone on in, for sale at Toyotatown. My husband just "wanted to look" and wasn't sure if he could get much for the vehicle he had to trade in. Someone on the staff opened the door for us and ushered us into a big, bright, very clean showroom. Nicole greeted us with a smile and was quick accommodate us. She offered us coffee or tea and even Hallowe'en treats while we waited for her to get the car. She got the keys and brought the car up from the back lot. The car had just come in and hadn't even been cleaned yet, for which she apologized, explaining that it would be detailed and shined up. While we took it for a test run, she had someone look over the vehicle we had to trade. By the time we got back, she had an offer for the trade and the pricing on the car we had taken for a test. She had also searched similar vehicles on various sites on the internet, to see that we had the best price they could offer us. Nicole was friendly, well spoken and professional. There was no pressure, just friendly service. We left to look at another vehicle offered by different dealer -(not such a good experience at the other place). We called her back within the hour and said we'd like to talk some more. My husband had hoped to get more for the trade-in and Nicole was able to increase the offer for the trade. She explained various financing options and told us all that Toyotatown did to prepare a used vehicle for the new owner. Nicole's knowledge of the Toyota products and what the dealership had to offer was impressive. More impressive was that when we asked Nicole a couple of questions to which she didn't know the answer, she said she didn't know and quickly found the answer for us. Sean Cragg took us through the financial process, explained any extras we could consider and basically made the whole process easy, with no pressure at all. We picked up the car tonight. It was pristine! It also had 4 brand new tires on it, as the original tires were no good. Nicole, Thank you for your great service! More
